This is the best. Could not find a dentist to help me called my friend Tina and she recommended them can't thank my friend Tina and Dave for referring thenougj tethered are so awesome varied when I left the staff and dentist everyone was so great thank you for helping me with my bad tooth.

They truly are great, every person working over there. I had a root canal done + crown and it was really smooth, didn't feel a thing. Very professional and comfortable to be around.

Called for information on extraction of wisdom tooth. The condescending front desk lady hung up on me the moment she realized they would not be able to do the procedure I needed.

Today was my first visit with Shasta Dental and I am thrilled this is my new dentist office! The entire staff was helpful, kind and happy. I actually had fun at my appointment and they made me feel appreciated as a patient. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need a new Dentist.

Every time I go I am so happy to see them. They treat every patient like they are so loved and cared about. I feel the dedication every time. Sometimes going to the dentist is a bit scary for people. They are so kind and caring. They will go above and beyond to help you and make you comfortable. Each and every person I have interacted with has been fabulous.

I am so grateful that I was able to see shasta dental care. They transformed my life in 1 hour, after years of getting second opinions. If you need a dentist and you are scared to see one like I am, please just give dr crummit a chance. I promise you will not regret it. I do not have insurance and dr crummit saved me from over 25 thousand dollars worth of work I was told I needed and I am so very grateful for the entire office staff for being so kind and gentle and not judgmental at all, they really care about you and your health. I literally cried with joy when i left the office. The best choice i have ever made was making an appointment to be seen.

I loved Dr. Crummett and would have kept him as my dentist, had it not been for Laurie and the condescending way she talks. As a front office person, she needs some skills beside the fake nice tone. I'm sure Dr Crummett will not see this.

Very Disappointed. Over the years having spent $30 Thousand dollars & no insurance. I need more work. The problem is not the $13 Thousand dollar estimate. Its the no contact with Dr, Crummett. Laurie Shields herself from access to him. I called and ask if I could meet with him and her before treatments will start. Her comment no he is to busy you must go thru me. ???. Its funny he advertises he will sit down and explain treatment, and go over options, and or fears. I felt as all she thought was I was going to try and get him to lower bill Etc. But if one of my customers called & I gave a quote , to do repairs and they called with questions, and my secratary told them I did not have time, nor would talk to them. I even said I would come in before the start of the day. But No. Shame on you DR. Crummett I will go else where

Absolutely the best and I hate dentist but these people made me feel at home specially the girls pumped me full of drugs and I didn't feel a thing

I have been to a lot of different dentists in my life. But at Shasta Dental; they don't treat me as just another mouth, I am treated like family and the service is priceless.
