They just want you’re money! The doctor is extremely sketchy and just wants to do operations you don’t even need so she can get a paycheck. I was told that I had 4 cavities, needed 3 root canals, and needed 2 teeth extracted. I knew I had none of those. I then went to another doctor and got told I had really clean teeth and had no cavities.

They are nice but they are all about MONEY. I stopped taking my son because every time I went there they wanted to pull his teeth because they said his new teeth were coming in. They pulled his two front teeth and his new teeth didn’t come in until a year and half later. I have different insurance than my son and I went in for an appointment they made me wait almost 2 hours before they bought me to the back to tell me I can pay in cash because they don’t accept my insurance- why would I pay in cash and I have GREAT insurance??

I’m still so happy to be able to see Dr. Villarroel! She is hands down the best dentist I have ever had and she addresses every concern and question I have, on top of being the most kind and thorough dentist ever. My bottom 2 teeth have had receded gums for the past 10 years that I thought was showing the roots of my teeth but grey, but every other dentist told me its nothing to worry about and just floss and its go away, but when I brought it up to Dr. V, apparently I’ve had a calculus deposits on my bottom 2 teeth and my gums have never been able to heal and go back because every dentist I had before her ignored it!!! For 10 years!!! Cannot recommend her enough and I’ll be seeing her as my dentist until I either move or dont have any teeth left lol

Been going here for years. Dr is so friendly and informative. Discusses all procedures and everything so I understand exactly what I’m paying for and what is going to take place during the visit. Office staff is informative and so polite. Place is super clean and kid friendly. It is cold and for good reason so always take a jacket. But even then... once they gave me one of those disposable gowns to help because I was really cold that day. Great dental office!

*THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I had a cavity but I was having no pain & it was causing no discomfort. I came here (it was closer to home) with an appointment and they took around 45 mins to take me back. They immediately told me the tooth would need to be extracted and that I'd need a bone graft. They were charging me hundreds for work I was so sure I didn't need. On my way out, the woman in the front hands me two prescriptions and keeps repeating for me to come in the next day to apply for a payment plan. I had no idea what the prescriptions were for and the woman just told me to ask my pharmacist! I returned to my old dentist for a second opinion and they said I just needed a filling. They didn't even try to save my tooth. Refer to top*
