I’ve got the worst anxiety when it comes to dental offices and treatment, I’ve been coming to Stonebrook since March of 2022 when I had ZERO insurance coverage. They informed me of various financing options and ways to get the care I needed as well as being understanding of my fears and catering to my needs. When I tell you I’ve never felt comfortable at the dentist until now, there’s nothing about this office and the staff that I don’t love. Vivian in the front is the SWEETEST, as well as the other ladies working up front. Jen helped me come up with a plan to get treatment in a way that wasn’t overwhelming and financially manageable, as well as going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Dr. Patel is the most amazing Dr I have ever seen. He reassured me that I was okay and everything would work out! He saved a tooth I thought was going to be removed, he set up a reasonable treatment plan over the course of a year, and went above and beyond to make sure I was COMFORTABLE before starting any procedures. I don’t remember the name of my oral surgeon who did my wisdom teeth extraction but he is just as amazing as Dr. Patel and the rest of the staff. I literally could not say more amazing things about this office and the people inside of it. Please consider this office when choosing where to get the proper care, you won’t regret it one bit.

Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. The doctor wasn't aggressive when working on my mouth which is always a pleasure. I would recommend this place if you're unhappy with your current dentist.

I loved this place and my hygienist Franny, very thorough and detailed on her work. If I have questions, she takes time to explain the answer. She talks and treat me as a family. I give 5 stars to Franny but zero to the receptionist. I called in the morning and she just answered the phone like not in the office. She should at least say "good morning and how may I help you"? She just said hello and what is the reason for your call? Even when I was in the office while at the waiting area, she answered phone calls like that. I recommend that your receptionist needs training to be more caring, simple and nice words meant a lot to most people.
