I can't speak more highly of Annie. I had a toothache from an infection that got so bad I was up all night with an ice pack on my face counting the minutes until morning. The pain was unreal. Annie was able to get me in early, and the tooth was out of my head by 10am. Her bedside/chairside manner is excellent, and despite the pain she was very reassuring and great with explaining the issue and post-removal care. I came here for an emergency but Annie is now my main dentist, highly recommend.

On a Thursday afternoon, three days before Christmas, Dr. Nguyen saved my life/sanity. I had been experiencing severe pain on my right molar and was on a hamster wheel of specialists and dentists who had all granted me consultations after the holidays. This meant I'd have to be in pain for 10 days before even being seen. I called Dr. Nguyen's office at 9:15 a.m. and three hours later, my molar had been extracted. Gratitude is such an understatement. A lot must also be said about her bedside manner as well: knowledgeable, communicative, no-nonsense, all the while being caring and making you feel at ease. Here's hoping I don't have to return for any more extractions, but if I do, I will be happy to drive all the way from San Francisco again. THANK YOU!

Amazing experience! So thankful I came here. A few weeks ago I was in so much pain in regards to a wisdom tooth emergency. I called first thing in the morning and they got me in right away. I come in here, in horrible pain, because I need an emergency tooth extract. She hands me a broken iPad, that I don't know how to use, and I am in horrible pain, and then she throws me out.... Like their name implies, I am all smiles after visiting Dr Annie and her team. Everyone here is extremely respectful, kind, and courteous- and the office itself is clean with a strong sense of feng-shui. I have even had to postpone a few of my appointments but they rescheduled me without skipping a beat. As far as working with your insurance, they genuinely seemed to be "on my side" and recommended the best ways to go about my dental work that would inflict the least amount of punishment on my bank account. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Annie. I had a dental emergency occur on Thanksgiving Day. The day after Thanksgiving I started calling around and Dr. Annie herself answered the call. She graciously agreed to see me, a new patient, and then proceeded to provide extremely efficient, honest, and excellent service. The office is easy to find, updated, with good parking. All of the equipment is state of the art. I decided to switch dentists on the spot. So thankful to have found this office.
