Thank goodness I found this office, I was in so much pain, and I was able to get an appointment right away, The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. They made checking in easy, the Assistants and Doctor were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. The whole team at North Capitol Dental Care are wonderful from start to finish, I highly recommend!

What a completely horrible dentist do not go here they pretend like they have Medi-Cal and cover everything but they will only cover some things because they don't have the right equipment and they'll try to manipulate you and get more of your money even though you are poor and on medical. Horrible!

Dr. Ganzha was very well-spoken, answered any questions I had, and did a very clean extraction — the entire experience was just overall amazing!

I go to Dr. Irina Ganzha since 2009. She saved 15 my teeth; later she installed implants when the teeth were completely gone. Also recommended her to my friends. Doctor Ganzha's results are also highly valued by my previous dentist Dr. Billy Hayes in Ireland.

This place is GREAT! The staff is very friendly, polite, sweet and professional, I've went there to get my braces 5 years ago, and since I liked them so much I referred 3 other people and they loved them as well.

They ladies in there was very helpful n kind.

Came to see a dentist for the first time in years!! I have never been a fan of dentists but the staff and doctor were great!! I was greeted by Angelica who was very polite and friendly. I had a deep cleaning done which I had been nervous about. I was made comfortable and at ease. I will be coming back for all future dental work!

I went in for a teeth cleaning and it was my first time here. Angelica is the person that helped me and she was beyond nice, very helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable for being a new place before I was seen by the dentist. The dentist was great, was pretty quick and no issues whatsoever. If I wasn't so far away I'd be back and make this my permanent dentistry location. I would highly recommend.

I was a patient here from 2011 to 2016. One of my teeth had broken, and required a root canal. The whole time, the dentist made comments such as 'oooh, this is really difficult' and 'hard to get it all, I hope I did it right'. After the procedure, I had the worst pain in my whole life. I could not use the left side of my mouth. They assured me that it is normal and sometimes 'these things take a while to heal', every visit thereafter, for years. And I was silly enough to believe them. Years later, I still could not use the left side of my mouth. The infection got so bad that the molars in the back of my mouth were moving up and down. I cannot tell you how much it hurt. This many years later, I still sometimes pause and reflect what I went through. They finally admitted the root canal failed. I remember when Dr. Ganzha said, 'Uh ooooh! Someone's tooth is in trooooubbllllleee!' like it was a joke. I do not think Dr. Ganzha ever fully appreciated the pain and torment her clinic caused me. After having my root canal retreated by a specialist, I can tell you North Capitol dental care does not have the equipment nor the experience necessary to do root canals. They just don't. In fact, not only had the root canal failed, they also failed to properly install the crown over it. Over the years, it leaked, causing my tooth to continue deteriorating. As a result, there was barely enough tooth left for re-treatment to even be possible by a specialist. If you value your teeth, I strongly recommend you stay away from this clinic.

The office is clean and the staff is so friendly. When I walked through the office, I could tell Dr. Ganzha was very attentive to her patients and respectful of their needs. I would recommend North Capitol to anyone for their dental needs!

Bad doctor, do his job so freaking bad and freaking hurt my teeth. Never come here again

The BEST dentist I've been to. Came in for a second opinion. I was diagnosed with needing a root canal. Dr. Ganzha did a physical exam, took some X-rays and shared with me that I did not need a root canal. I needed a crown. Part of my molar had chipped off. She did the crown prep then a few weeks later the crown. I was instantly out of pain and my new crown looks awesome. Staff is awesome also.

How are you going to charge me for my own x-rays which I ALREADY PAID FOR !!! Reported to the BBB !!! best of luck scammers !!!

I am hard of hearing. The office help puts everything in writing for me unless my wife is there to listen. They always explain what and how things need to be done. I am a nervous person, they take that in stride. I am confident in their work. Would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff, great work, reasonable prices. I'm always nervous about going to the dentist, so it really helps when the staff are friendly and accommodating. I can only speak to Dr. Irina, but the work she does is always top notch. Would not hesitate to recommend.

"Don't Use-Bad Service" Medical approved them, so took brother in law over there for first appt. Said need 4-6 weeks for medical approval for dentures. Had to call twice, and then they said they had called us for appt. It took them two months to get this done. At the appt. they said patient had to pay $1000 extra for lab fee before they start procedure. I asked them why this was not disclosed at the first appt. for denture exam. They said they would send a request to medical for lab fee approval. Then they said we have to get it approved. I spoke to Medical, and they said lab fee is included. Medical needs to cancel North Capitol Dental care for Medical, and take appropriate action against North Capitol Dental Care.

My family and I had a horrible experience Capitol Dental Care. Staff and Office Manager were extremely rude, unprofessional. Office Manager was asking for cash payments for the services which was already paid by insurance company. That made me very skeptical about this dental office, they are scam and dishonest. Pls take a caution before going to this dental office. They will scam you in extra charges, bills and only want to take cash payments, NO RECEIPT!!
