Dr Matt, Javier ( I think that’s his name), and the sweet front desk receptionist made me feel so welcome! I have never been to a dental clinic like that! Dr. Matt was so informative and he just had this calm presence to him. Dental assistant was on point and knew exactly what the doctor and receptionist needed. The sweet receptionist made me laugh which is what I needed, since I was in pain. Overall great clinic and great staff! Loved it!!! You won’t be dissapointed!

*** Update: two years later and still only one cavity, consistent with my original review that Dr. Swatti is a scam dentist and a liar. Please read and upvote so that others may see this and save their teeth. Literally go to any other dentist. *** Do not go to Valley Fair Dentistry. Dr Swatti is a scammer that will sign you up for unnecessary work. Ignore all the copy paste paid for 5 star reviews, and do not support this business. This "dentist" has had previous practices shut down, just google all of the shady businesses her name is associated with that no longer exist. For example, check reviews for Dental Solutions in San Jose, or any of her Yelp pages for lots of 1 star reviews similar to mine. On my first appointment, she told me that I had 14 cavities, needed my jaw realigned, needed a night guard, and that I lost a filling. When I asked how all of this could happen so quickly, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Her dental hygienist only flossed half my teeth. They didn't have enough USB ports, so they kept dragging cords across my face while "cleaning" my teeth. All of this took place in a converted apartment with no separation between patients. I'm so glad I got a second opinion who confirmed I had one cavity and that was it. Dr. Swatti would have literally drilled out all of my teeth if I went back, all for profit. She deserves to lose her license. I reported her and I encourage others to do the same.

My husband first went a year ago for initial visit, dental deep cleaning, and removal of an impacted tooth. Each visit he was happy and satisfied with dentist's professionalism and advice. Staff has kept him up to date with cost estimates, appointment reminders, and rescheduling. My husband is not too keen on seeing a dentist; but, felt taken care of here. I recommend people to educate themselves on their dental plan before seeking services. If I had questions pertaining to cost estimates for my husband's services, the office did their upmost best to answer and clarify them. But, I follow up with my insurance just in case because at the end of the day, my insurance is covering the cost. We were informed of cost changes due to services required for my husband's dental needs. I went today for an initial visit. Scheduling and the visit he was efficient, professional, and easy. I am scheduled for a deep cleaning next week. I feel very confident and satisfied with this dentist's customer service.
