The tell me everything step by step on what’s happening. I make great conversation and they make me feel very comfortable here. I am scared to go to the dentist usually but they help ease my fears and worries. Also I live the free toothpaste and mints hehehe

I got a thorough explanation of what was going on with my teeth and a clear treatment plan with clear pricing!

The staff was so friendly and professional. They walked me through every step and made my appointment and setting up subsequent appointments simple and clear. I have a jaw issue and the nurse and doctor were very understanding and gentle with me.

Everyone was super nice, helpful, and patient! I had lots of questions and none of them sounded annoyed by them. Also, I liked that music was playing, that boxes were offered for our bags, and that sunglasses were offered. My only complaint was the uncomfortable waiting chairs but I didn’t wait for long.

I love that everyone was so friendly and welcoming, it felt like they actually cared about my well-being. All of the staff was extremely accommodating and thoughtful; by far the best dental experience I have had. Along with this, they were very explicit and direct about what dental work I would need and why I would need said dental work, as well as costs. There were no surprise fees or procedures, which is extremely appreciated. Overall, each person I talked to was wonderful and offered me a ton of help and support. I hope to see them all again next visit!

They are so nice and do a great job being communicative throughout the whole process

The people working there were kind and very professional. Everybody knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job to make the whole experience as smooth as possible.

I went to my first appointment expect a standard tooth cleaning. Instead, they were very pushy for doing expensive non-preventative dental work but didn't give any diagnosis that justified the treatment. When I asked questions via email, I had to email them several times to get a response and eventually decided to just go somewhere else. The dentist and hygienist were nice, though, so they get two stars instead of one.

The doctor was very nice and quick. As well as the staff and they got me in and out very well with the services I needed done.

The greeting is so warm and considerate.

Angel was amazing, she noticed my insurance was about to expire and scheduled all of the necessary procedures to get me up to date before I left. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and care!

The staff are amazing—very kind and helpful.

We got a lot of work done, checkin and checkout was easy, the staff took my concerns seriously, and I didn't feel belittled or scolded, even though I hadn't been able to go to a dentist in the several years prior. On my second visit, I got anxious, and they helped me calm down (the x-ray weighted vest was a huge help) before continuing. They made sure I knew how to signal if I needed to pause, too.

Really fast and convenient

The dentist provided me with options to help my situation I wasn't previously aware of, and that I found preferable.

Sure, it's kind of sketchy to go to a dentist that's literally a trailer behind a gym, but Onsite Dental is the most modern and well-supplied dentist I've ever been to. They have state of the art scanning technology and dentists are always very up to date in their knowledge of dentistry research. They also make an effort to get to know you, especially if you're a regular. I always trust the knowledge and abilities of the staff and would gladly recommend it to other people on UC SHIP
