Hi, I have been doing business with this office as a lab for years and I’ve been a patient since 9 years ago. The staff is very fast paced and super friendly! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs quality dentures or dental work. Ed

They rip me off. Today i went fpr a normal cleaning... they put me at x-ray s so they suggested 3 fills which i payed for it .they performed the work without sedans. And plus they filled only one and the other 2 they didn't say anything. Thats scamming

do not go to this dentist, they are very thieves, they tell you that they can happen to you while they are examining you, they run your credit and when you come out of examining you it turns out that you already owed $14,000 dollars from a treatment that they already began to do to me and worst of all without my authorization they already collected that money for that reason Do not go to that place they are scoundrels

Terrible place and unprofessional. I filed a complaint to the dental board. Letter from dental board states that his practices “…if proven would only constitute simple negligence...” It states if there are more reports they can take admin. action. Do not waste your time here. I needed a root canal and this doctor (Dr. Noori) left me vulnerable to infection with a sloppy temporary crown and I was in severe pain until I had to go to another dentist. They refused to provide proper treatment. VERY DISTURBING.

I really recommend this place. The stuff are very friendly.

Not coming ever again I made an appoint to get my wisdom removed I go in and they say they have to call my insurance to see if they cover it so I wait OVER an HOUR for them to “call” later they call me to start the procedure, I ask if my insurance went through they say no my insurance covers a different dentist. HUGE SCAM they were going to go through the procedure and then ask to pay after instead of letting me know the real situation. The receptionist with the glasses SUPER RUDE. She kept my ID and I didn’t realize till hours after, they never called or nothing when I go back I ask she says not one word and just puts my ID on the counter. Don’t waste your time here people find a better dentist worth your time.

This place just want to take your money, they do x rays! And talk to you about what materials they using person right there just told me you just gotta use all your insurance money (1800)and still have to pay $1600 out of your pocket with out any options

I am so very pleased with my new smile! I highly recommend South Gate Dentistry & Orthodontist. The Doctor & Staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I went here on May ,4 2021 and let me tell you something Sam has the worst attitude I have ever seen in my whole life super disrespectful and he made my visit here not worth coming back to he didn’t even bother making me a follow up appointment he barley even acknowledge my existence and just overall had a horrible attitude He wasn’t where he needed to be that day we called this place three times and no answer talk about unprofessional then then want to act like oh sorry like no do your job and they tried to tell me I needed a root canal then come back and be like oh no you don’t like do not trust this place it’s expensive and Sam will not even act like he enjoys his job

This place is trying trying to scam you and take your money. They sent out authorizations but conveniently "forgot" to ask for things that were clearly covered by my insurance so that they could get me to pay out of pocket. When I asked them to resend those authorizations and ask for things that would be covered by my insurance they canceled my appointments and refused to return my phone calls. Very shady. Go somewhere else I see that the owner responded to this review and I would like to clarify. I did contact this office several times to try to get clarification on what was covered. Instead of clarifying they simply canceled my entire authorization because they did not want to admit that they did not even try to do the right thing. I spoke with my insurance company today and they said that what I needed was in fact covered was covered by my insurance but your office did not even request it. I called my insurance company twice. They checked my authorization and you never even tried. You are a dishonest practice.

No quería quedarme callada,porque hace meses que hice la decisión de como ponerme mis dientes,el dinero que alse era para eso,al principio todo me lo pintaron bonito y les creí pagué más de 6,000 dólares 6,000 en efectivo que les entregué ese día y más lo que le cobraron al medical,me hicieron limpieza,y me quitaron dos dientes,y pusieron un diente y me hicieron esta placa que no uso uno de ellos que es el de arriba porque me lastimó y casi me ahogo con esa cosa que no se quería desprender,solo uso el de abajo que aún así los dientes quedaron torcidos,,dejo este comentario porque se me hace injusto todo lo que cobraron por esto,no soy una mujer de dinero y este dinero con mucho esfuerzo lo tenia para arreglarme los dientes..por favor no hagan esto otra vez porque en esta vida todo se paga un día le entregaremos cuentas a Dios por las malas cosas que le hacemos al prójimo ...busquemen como bertha vela ayi voy salir en sus expedientes ..confie en ustedes y fui a sacar mi dinero al banco con una persona que trabaja ayi con ustedes y ese dia les pague 6.000 dólares en cash y lo que le cobraron al medical..y todavia dicen que no salgo en su sistema no olvido sus caras ..pero ya ni modo ya me sacaron el dinero..

Dr. Noori is the best. I came to get my wisdom teeth taken out and he made it really easy for me to feel comfortable with him. He took 2 out in less than 10 minutes which was amazing and there was no discomfort at all. I’m looking forward to going back to get the rest removed and I have never felt excited to goto a dentist ever in my life until now. Dr. Noori is sweet and genuine and takes away all the fear of seeing a dentist. Very professional and clean space as well.

Southgate dentistry was recommended to me by a co worker, and I am very pleased with the experience here. Staff member service at the front desk was efficient, courteous, and very professional. The business itself is clean well lit and organized. Dr. Maleki has both technique and experience, he removed my wisdom tooth and repaired another tooth filling in a blink of an eye with almost no discomfort, and that I am very thankful for🙌🙏. I have and will continue to recommended this dentist office to friends and relatives!

Beware ! Called again more than once in the past week and this past Monday the same Receptionist said I wouldn’t receive the money I’m still owed ($76 and change )by them if I went in person because the Dr already sent out a check over 2 weeks ago,this is the second time she tells me this,so I guess I’m just supposed to keep on waiting right, mind you they didn’t even bother sending out a check until I called and asked about it several times which was already OVER a month after they received a letter from my insurance that they needed to refund me that money as well not just the $227.70 that I was already sent in late January for over charging me. I went to them in late august ,it’s clearly now almost April. Be aware of what they charge and report to your insurance or any promo that they offer because it might take longer to resolve than expected

Worst customer service I've ever received from a receptionist. She needs to learn customer service skills.
