My entire family has been going to T.O. Family Dentistry for several years. The front office staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The Dentists and Hygienists are wonderful! They are thoughtful and skilled in their approach to required dental work and excellent with the kiddos. We highly recommend!

I can highly recommend Thousand Oaks Family Dentistry. I have a lot of anxiety around dental visits, and the team at this office is compassionate and kind. They answered all my questions and explained the procedures in detail, checking in with me frequently during the visit to see how I was feeling. Also loved the ability to watch/listen to streaming content during the procedures - great way to soothe and distract. The admin staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Kari! This is a professional and friendly dental practice.

One of the best practices I’ve been to. I have an irrational fear of the dentist from having bad experiences. Dr. Tapp Was wonderful and made me feel so welcomed. She’s very gentle and very knowledgeable, and had a lot of empathy. The staff is sweet and the office is clean and modern. I cannot recommend this dentist more!

I'm almost 60 years old and have lived all over the country and visited many dentists. I've been seeing Dr. Hong for over 15 years, and she has consistently delivered a professional, friendly, clean and comforting environment. She is caring, gentle, knowledgeable and always eases my dental anxiety. She is easily the best dentist I have ever been to and why I keep going back. Dr. Hong and her team are welcoming, engaging and friendly. It's an incredible and delightful experience. I recommend her and her team highly.

Very friendly and polite, the staff knows who we are on arrival. Hardly no waiting time at all. The facility is presently accommodating for my handicapped spouse in a wheelchair and the staff are very helpful in assisting us patiently. Dr Tapp DDS is very thorough in explaining the procedure of our visit and we can relax knowing what to expect prior and after our examination. Our appointments are always made to meet our complicated schedules. We have followed Dr Tapp DDS from another city to this one because my spouse refuses to settle for another DDS in our current city. No doubt the best in our last 50 years.

Dr. Kari Ann Hong and Dr. Tapp are exceptional dentist. The office is modern with state of the art equipment and high quality sterilization protocols in place. I’ve been a patient for many years, my adult children are patients, and I’ve referred several good friends here too! The hygienist are kind, experienced, and provide the best cleanings. This is the Best dental office in the Conejo Valley!

Very happy with my experience here and I can say that on behalf of myself and my children who go here as well. They have been able to get me in for an emergency and reschedule appointments easily. Michael at the front desk usually answers the phone and he is so helpful with any questions from appointments to billing! Great place to get your teeth cleaned.

This year was the first time that I had visited the Thousand Oaks Family Dentistry, and I am happy that I did. The results on my teeth definitely show, and they have been able to help me every time. Everyone there is super welcoming and kind, from the assistants to the dentists. It is always a welcoming experience when I come in, and a very comfortable experience at that. This office does a lot to ensure that your visit is perfect. They offer TV's and shows, as well as music, to entertain you while you are getting your teeth done, something that I had never experienced. The dentist's are super experienced, and do a great job. Whether it is with repairs, or just a cleaning, I am always pleased with the way my teeth look afterwards.

Cleanings are very thorough and without pain, the staff very kind and accommodating, in a nice and reliable location.

The work I’ve had done over the years has withstood the test of time (cavities filled, crowns, whitening, cleanings). Everyone there is professional, pleasant and helpful.

I’ve been going here for several years, ever since I moved to T.O.. The staff is really friendly and they have great equipment. I’ve always been really pleased with the service. Let’s put it this way - I can get free dental from my wife’s work, but I pay for dental insurance with my company so I can keep using this dentist.

The front desk staff is great! My hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and was quick to listen to my concerns and speak to the dentist with me. The dentist was helpful and took her time with me. I was very happy with my first visit and they rest of my family are now going there too.
