Called today (01/12/2022) to get an appointment. The person who took my call didn't offer any name, and sounded like a whiny, insecure, teenager. After I explained what I needed done, she kept saying that she THOUGHT insurance wouldn't cover it. After I insisted she made sure the information she provided was correct, she finally relented, and put me on hold to obviously ask someone more knowledgeable. Then a more mature woman came on the phone, and she curtly said they don't take new patients. Please refer to the attached screenshot showing they accept patients, so the person saying otherwise is either a liar, or incompetent. Like so many other dentist offices, Janet Caro's office cares only about money without providing decent service. Of course they need to get paid, but they are shamelessly GREEDY, while also being INEPT!

I want to thank Dr.Janet Caro for being such a top notch dentist and going above and beyond for what she did for me. The office is super clean unlike some other places. Called to set up a new patient appointment. The only appointment available in the near future didn’t really work with my schedule and I let them know that. By taking the appointment I maybe late or need to call to reschedule. When I called the day of my appointment to reschedule I was told there is a $25 cancellation fee. No notice of the fee was told to me when I was scheduling the appointment during my first conversation with them. Without even seeing them I’m left with a bad impression.
