I dreaded going to the dentist and hadn't gone for like, 10 years. Yeah gross, I know. Dr. Ross and his team actually make me excited to go to my dentist appts. They are amazing. My wife fell and broke her front tooth with trauma, swelling, and bleeding to her mouth. She was able to call his office on a Saturday and get his cell phone number. He quickly returned her call and made arrangements for his staffing to come in on a weekend for her. After calling in an antibiotic he consulted with an oral surgeon to find the best course of action. Within 2.5 hours later she had a root canal 🦷 and a beautiful temporary placed. Her beautiful smile was restored. I was so impressed with his willingness to help her on his day off. His bedside manners and professionalism was off the charts. Would be 5 stars except for them being very pushy to force me to put kids on all my kids. We have been to several dentists and not one said our kids needed braces. They said for one of my kids he needed to pull a tooth, only other option was braces. I got a 2nd opinion, our old dentist, he said my child did not need braces, or a tooth pulled, that the tooth would drop on its own. I brought in my next child who has what they call an overbite, so needs braces. Got a 2nd opinion, said he does NOT have an overbite. Brought in my last child who has ONE SLIGHTLY crooked tooth, and they said they were going to send him to get braces, I said NO braces!!!! So basically every kid I brought in they were trying to get braces. I assume they have a deal with this braces dentist, we send you our patients, you send us yours. Maybe they are married? LOL, not sure what they deal is.

Dr Ross is hands down amazing! My daughter who’s 6- had a cavity and was very nervous. He explained everything to her, was so sweet to her, and did an amazing job!
