Dr. Julia Lee is awesome! I've gone through several dentists in the past few years. Some dentists were ignorant or negligent, while others prioritized profits over patients' wellbeing. I feel very lucky for having found Dr. Lee, who's knowledgeable, professional, and above all, caring. She treats her patients with empathy, patience and respect. She takes the time to explain the whys and the hows, making the supposedly painful treatments pleasant and comfortable. I was very scared before the extraction of my 3 teeth but the procedure went extremely smoothly. I didn't experience discomfort or anxiety throughout the process. Dr. Lee and her staff worked seamlessly to ensure I was taken good care of at the office. I am beyond grateful.

It’s amazing, awesome! I feel like new!!!) I appreciate Dr Julia and Richard! I hope I can see Dr Lee again for treatment. I came in as a new patient yesterday and they helped me right away to fix my problem. Everything seems really good now and I can smile and eat better. I can even bite with my temporary tooth without any problem. When I come back to the states, I will definitely see Dr Lee again if ever I need dental work. The dental office is clean and looks almost new. They have updated dental equipments like x-rays, camera and hygienic dental tools. Lots of staff and personnel that are all very professional. Their price is one of the highest per my canvas. But i went with them due to dental implants, proximity and accessibility. Other reviews say issues with billing and fees, i experienced this first hand on my last two visits. Even though i paid all my dues, even the insurance part they tried to charge to me. Look at your bill very carefully and always keep all your receipts.

My experience at this dental clinic was overall polite and acceptable. Although for my mother, when though the steps of getting her implants done were informative and direct, as the dentist/assistance of completing the implants were harsh. They weren't gentle with the tools that they used to do the implants for my teeth which caused my mother's gum to hurt a bit after the numbing gel had dissolved. Additionally, from our experience, we believe they need to enhance their receptionist duties. Every time my mother came for her appointment for the implant procedure, they had always made us wait for them to escort us to the room. One of the few visits we came they had us wait for almost 45 minutes until we were asked to follow them in. I hope in my future visits there will be improvements. As well as for those whom are interested in becoming one of their patients, I hope they will have a satisfying experience at this dental clinic.

I found the clinic on Google search, at the time there was an offer going on for implants, to my surprise, I got a really good price compares to other SF clinics, besides they take care of everything, surgery, implant, crown, all in one place, top tech equipment and great atmosphere. Very professional and friendly staff, they care about you, my best compliments to Richard, he has been very patient and understandable to all my requests, I will definitely make it my primary dental clinic, thanks!

As we becomes older, our bodies begins to show signs of wear and tear: Teeth do so, more dramatically. Over a lifetime, one accumulates many dental repairs which get progressively deeper and lead to eventual replacement. Recently, I had a filled tooth crack and break off. Three weeks later, while flossing, I dislodged a crown on the other side. I made an appointment with Dr. Lee’s Dental Office. My first visit was four years ago when I needed an implant. I was offered a free consultation which included X-Rays and Scans. Their diagnostic set-up is very impressive with state of the art equipment. I had a very good impression on this visit: The Office is bright and modern; the staff are friendly, attentive and work together as a seamless team. At that time, other factors prevented me following through with Dr. Lee. However, I did not forget my positive impression of Dr. Lee’s facility and returned for routine check-ups and cleanings every six months. For my current problem, I had no hesitation in returning to Dr Lee’s Office. Dr. Motoyasu was assigned to my case: An extremely focused and skilled dentist and yet has a marvelously warm and relaxed way. She listens to your concerns and answers with ease and natural reassuring confidence. She does communicate extremely well! You feel that you are in skilled and capable hands and it is proven by her excellent results! The Office is a credit to Dr. Lee who has created this environment and standard of care.

I had no problem with the work that performed. The billing side of things is the worst ever! I just now 11/24/21 received a call from them saying I owe them another $2,000 plus dollars for work that was started over 2 years ago and completed over 6 months ago. I was also called in for a teeth cleaning a few weeks ago that wasn’t covered but will be in January. Office staff is terrible!!!!

Dr Lee and staff are the best! I love them and I am a scardy cat! Especially Richard and Veronica and Sam love them!

Dr Julia Lee , Office is very professional , experienced , and passionate about their patients oral care . I had my fillings , crown , and wisdom teeth removed that recovered quickly . Their service is quality and I highly recommend .

Richard Plamenco-Castillejo was the best dental assistant ever! He prepped me for my appointment and he made small talk. I was scared at first because I was set for a root canal but he calmed me down and definitely made me feel comfortable in their clinic. Lots of reassurance and good customer service at this clinic. If i can give them 10 stars i would! Sadly, 5 stars is the limit. Sadd.

Dr. Julia Lee, Josh and the rest of her staff was very friendly and professional, Dr Lee gave me great advice why i should do the procedure that needed to be done, For future reference i will be recommending all friends and family to this Dentist office.

I was referred to Dr. Julia Lee by my boss. I live in Antioch, but her office is down the street from my job. I went in a few months back. Dr. Julie greeted me and walked me to the exam area. She did the most through exam I have ever had done and she recommended tooth extraction and bone grafting. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding between myself and one of her former office staff and honestly as much as I thought highly of Dr. Julia, she is a complete professional and knows her craft, I just didn't feel I could go back to her office. Veronica, office manager, called me and didn't make any excuses, she just apologized and assured me that that person was no longer there and of course Dr. Julia would refund me all monies i had paid towards the procedure I never had done, and understood how I felt. I could tell that Veronica was sincere. Before we conclude the phone call she says, Dr. Julia wants to stress that the tooth has to come out. The infection was destroying the bone where the tooth was and the infection is in my sinus. I had already been in the hospital with intravenous antibiotics. She asked for a chance to make it right, but if I didn't want to come back to please let her refer me to another dentist. I knew that Dr. Julia knows her stuff and she was nothing but genuine and professional with me from day one. So I agreed to let her extract the tooth without doing the bone graft as that was just not in the budget. I returned and the staff was nothing but awesome and Veronica came out and greeted me, again sincerely, apologetic and informed me that the bone graft would happen and not to worry about it. I choked up, the apology and the fact the staff member i had issue with, was no longer there (not because of this, she was leaving to go back to school full-time) was enough for me to return because I could not deny the fact that Dr. Julie Lee and Her husband Dr. Danny Lee are the best dentist I have ever had. This place most definitely puts patient quality on its top priority, from the moment you walk into the doors they greet you personally with a warm smile. They make sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire process and 100% satisfied with the end result. Their facilities are clean and equipt with the latest technology and even tv’s at each chair. Dr Julia Lee and her assistant Richard have been so gentle and knowledgeable and have always put what was best for me above all factors.

I thought I had good dental office before but I haven’t seen any like this. Absolute most thorough exam I have ever had! Tried this office instead of my last one just to see about pricing for work. Josh really did what he could for me so I could get the work done. Clear breakdown of the plan for my tooth. Each person that helped me took real good care. The numbing was totally painless. There is a huge difference between this office and every other dental office I have ever been to. Definitely worth visiting for your dental care. I will definitely return here. Update. Day after visit. I had an extraction and bone graft done to get ready for an implant yesterday. I had the same thing done to another tooth 2 weeks prior at another dentist. The results are night and day difference. The graft and stitches are significantly better than the last one. I thought I would have a giant hole where food could easily get stuck but there is absolutely no issue eating food. Sticking to soft foods to be safe but there is no hole for it to stick in and the stitches are perfect. I think I will have this office double check my other dentists work. Thank you again Dr. Lee

The entire staff was gracious and professional in helping my mother with an urgent matter which required an emergency tooth extraction. Everyone was professional, and.... during this critical time... safe..taking mom’s temperature and requiring face mask before even entering the clinic.
