Hello! I would like to say that as a fairly new patient visiting in Walnut Hills Family Dentistry that I am happy going there for my first 4 visits! The staff is VERY PROFESSIONAL, REALLY VERY NICE, polite! The staff made me feel comfortable just being there! There were times I accidentally coughed bad while the dentist & his assistant were working on my teeth at the same time! I said, "Sorry!" The dentist said, "No! No! No! It is OK! Would you like some water?" I said, "Yes, Please!" After I drank water, I was ok! I am REALLY VERY SORRY for accidentally coughing! I thought that they would get mad that I accidentally coughed in their face, but they just offered me water instead! I was so HAPPY about them doing that! Sometimes, I end up coughing every once in a while really badly, so I was glad that they do not end up getting mad at me for coughing accidentally!

Everyone hates going to the dentist. I was one such person. HOWEVER going to Walnut Hills Family Dentistry changed that for me. Starting with the front office staff when you enter the office. They are kind, informative and treat you like family or a close friend. That service makes you feel relaxed and the fear is gone. THEN, you meet the dental assistants that get you ready for the next step...meeting the Dentist. Dr Fahmy, is absolutely the kindest and gentlest dentist I've ever been to. He explains everything and makes you KNOW just with his demeanor that you are in the best of hands.
