If your appointment is at 10am, you will sit in the chair for about 2 hours before someone starts working on you. Other then that all is great

not using this dentist is insane! I absolutely love these people. So I've never had the best teeth. But I had a bunch of cavities filled last month- it's like amazing the difference. So, I smoked cigarettes the majority of my life, n my teeth showed it. Idk, but they made it disappear! HOW?? IDK. It is a single dentist, her dental aid, n assistant. These women are some of the few people in Sacramento that are human anymore. They care, They explain so u understand, they make u feel important, and most importantly the dentist actually knows what's she's doing. I'm ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I'm so blessed. If my mother-in-law wouldn't have needed new dentures - I wouldnt of known of these people. Thank God 4 u guys. And thank u 4 being who u are

Hardest working dentist I've ever witnessed in all my life. Exceptional work all around. Dr Ngo can handle everything when other offices push you elsewhere. Highly recommended. Only ding, is the office is slow or fails to return calls.

The staff and dentist couldn't have been any nicer. Unfortunately I had a terrible and traumatic experience. I got two standard cavity fillings done yesterday and there was some kind of issue with the numbing (maybe it just wasn't in the right place?). It hurt so horribly I was sobbing and shaking in the chair while they did they procedure (and I have a decent pain tolerance for these kinds of things). I was so scared I decided not to have them finish my other filling and instead will be paying somewhere else out of pocket. They were really nice and comforting as I was in such terrible pain, but there was something really wrong-- fillings aren't supposed to hurt like that. I wish it had been better but I will never be going back. Also waited 2 hours to be seen but that was not what upset me.
