They will do all they can to find something wrong that your insurance won't pay for. Lost $300 to this place for a splint that lasted 3 days 2 different times. Then told me my insurance wouldn't pay for something they clearly do cover. I know this because I went to a different dental office where I'm getting the work done that they tried charging me to be done all covered by my insurance. They did the same thing to my son as well.

Went there last week for an extraction for 5 teeth. Everything is clean and staff was beyond nice and personable. The dentist that did the work on my teeth was very efficient and made sure that I was comfortable. The longest part was waiting for the anesthesia to take effect which I'm pretty happy about because I didn't want to feel a single thing as I was getting multiple teeth all over my mouth extracted. I'll definitely be going back for all of the work needed on my teeth. Thank you to everyone that helped me even though I was beyond nervous, you guys are amazing.

These people would tell you anything to take away the money from your insurance. They did so many things that I didn’t need until my insurance couldn’t cover it and I had to end up paying 700. During Covid they make you wait outside when it’s 100 degrees and they don’t let anyone go in with the patients. The lady in the front is so rude I wouldn’t recommend and never coming back here

I took my kids in to the office they wouldn’t let me go back with my son that is seven years old. They told me I had to wait outside because of Covid. I understand that we all have to wear masks and social distancing. But she would not even let me go back with my minor child, and she told me that me and my other kid that also had an appointment there that day had to go outside and wait when it’s 110° outside. There was no other patients in the office, when she said you’ll have to wait outside I thought she meant I would have to wait in the lobby because when I called to make the appointment they never told me about there covid policy. The girl at the front desk was so rude to me and children when I told her so we have to go wait in the car his whole appointment? She said really rudely “you don’t have to wait in your car you can wait outside” I told her it’s 110 outside you go wait in that heat! I told her I didn’t feel comfortable with my 7 year old child going back there without me and to give me my child back and that next time she should tell clients there covid policy because I had missed work to take the kids and they didn’t even care or feel bad or say sorry they treated us very bad never again would I go tell them
