I am so grateful for Magnolia Modern Dental! They are always quick to attend to my needs. I expressed a scheduling concern last time I was in, and they changed the settings on my account immediately so I would not have the same problem again. The hygienists are super kind and attentive. Everyone is professional from the moment you check in to when you check out. They are friendly and walk you through your visit. The office is visibly clean. I do Not question if instruments are clean or not. I appreciate that office staff all take part of your care. The dentist talk to you, not at you. Very great experience so far. Team members were very friendly. I cant remember the name of the nice young lady who helped me but she was very informative and kept me company while I waited for the dentist to see me. Dr. Brady was very kind as well and informed me all about the work I needed done. Yessenia was also amazing and answered all my questions when it came to showing me and telling me what my insurance covers. She was very thorough and patient with me. Overall amazing staff. I will update when I get my first cleaning and work I need taken care of.

The dentists and hygienists are always super nice and are looking out for the best interests of their clients. They are very thorough with their work. I have never felt like they are trying to take advantage of me financially like I have other dentists. Case in point, I was once told I had 9 cavities by a unscrupulous dentist in another city, but it turned out I just had 1 minor cavity when I saw another dentist for a second opinion . The only downside is that they are super busy, so you may have to wait for an appointment if your new. They did however open another office nearby to accommodate more patients.

I’ve had bad dental experiences in my youth. I use to have extreme anxiety every time I sat in the dental chair. Dr. Reid and his staff are EXTREMELY patient and reassuring to make it the most comfortable experience that it can possibly be for being at the dentist. I needed a previous restoration redone and it was not a quick simple process. It ended up being quite a lengthy process, no fault of Dr. Reid or the office. But I am confident that Dr. Reid and the staff did the best job possible and I am beyond happy and grateful for the end results. Whether I am just getting a routine cleaning done or having a filling done. I would recommend anyone to Magnolia Dentistry whether it’s basic maintenance or restorations.
