Brightside Dentistry

I moved to Castle Rock about a year ago but held off on going to a dentist because of previous bad experiences. On Sunday (2/12) a crown I’ve had for five years came loose and I called on Monday asking for an appointment. They could’ve gotten me in that same morning but I couldn’t, so they got me in on Tuesday morning (2/14) which I was so grateful for. Let me tell you now - this dentistry is amazing. It’s beautifully designed with friendly staff and run by people who clearly care about their patients! I can see why they have a 5.0 star average on Google! They work SO hard. Will definitely be recommending this place to others in the future!!

The Doctor and staff are all absolutely wonderful. I recently switched dentist and I couldn’t be more happier. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

I came here for a second opinion. Dr. Brightside spent time with me to answer questions and ease my concerns. I feel confident again in the plan for my dental health. Her entire office was so kind and professional, I can’t wait to go back to the dentist again!

My experience at Brightside Dentistry has been wonderful. I'm always amazed at how much they remember from my prior visit and everyone has a very positive disposition.

For a first time at a dentist you never really know what to expect. Brightside has a very nice onboarding process that asks very important questions that can help with some uneasiness. The front desk reps were very courteous and personable. The hygienist was extremely diligent. She checked in routinely and ensured I was comfortable. She disclosed the cost for the appt, and opened for questions several times. I have a plan going forward and know the costs ahead. I couldn’t ask for any better!

Today I had my teeth cleaned by Amber. It was a wonderful experience. She was gentle and thorough. And Dr. Brightside was attentive . Great practice!

Finally! Attention to details allowed me to best understand my teeth better than ever before. For the first time I could see what they see as they didn’t just do X-rays but pictures in a way I have never seen my teeth before. I am finally in the know of what is needed vs. something to watch. Being able to judge for myself was very empowering.

If you want to leave a dental office happy, possibly for the first time in your life, this is the place. I have had the gauntlet of issues with my teeth for 5 weeks straight, and this staff was able to expedite and assist me with absolutely every issue I had all while setting proper expectations up front. For your first visit you literally fill out a preference sheet of things you dislike/want from your dental experience and they follow through on it! They are all compassionate, professional, and most importantly kind individuals to be around. This is truly the Ritz-Carlton of Dental Office experiences.

I have never loved going to the dentist but I still feel so amazing after seeing them. They made me feel so welcomed, so comfortable, and so informed! Julie was so kind and was great at explaining everything so I knew what was going on. Dr.Brightside was so kind and made sure I knew next steps and what would be best for my dental health. The staff at the front desk welcomed me and sent me on my way with a fun gift. If you need a great place to go and need a positive change in your dentist I highly recommend them!

From the receptionist, dental hygienist to Dr Brightside, everyone made me feel welcome, relaxed and confident that I was receiving the very best treatment. I've been to a lot of dentists over the years and have never been more satisfied with a dental practice.

I fell in love with this office the first moment I stepped in. The vibe is modern, calm, and serene. There is a lovely coffee bar drink station, as well as a lovely face and personality behind the desk! The hygienist is AMAZING... incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything to me, gave me honest advise and had me smiling and laughing the whole time. I have never been so happy at a dentist office!! This visit actually made me excited for the next one. :) Thank you!!!

I don't know why anyone would go anyplace else! They fit a old man in right away. Made me smile. Kept asking me if I was alright, showed some real compassion. I can only give it my Highest and Best Recommendation. Staff was Fantastic. Hygienist was incredible. Didn't ask me questions when her fist was in my mouth. Dr. Brightside came in and said I was great. I think she meant my teeth, but I'll take it. :>)

Finding a new dentist always makes me nervous. My husband researched dentists in the area and found that Brightside Dentistry had good reviews. I can say that they did not disappoint. My experience there was GREAT! I The receptionist, hygienist, and dentist were all phenomenal. I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place.

As a new resident to Castle Rock and looking to establish with a dentist in the area I was so impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of the entire staff of Brightside. My appointment couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

If I had to use one word to describe Brightside Dentistry its AMAZING. I just moved to the Castle Rock area and I could not be happier to have found Brightside. The office was VERY nice. Very cute look and feel and everything was so clean. Every person I interacted with was so friendly and easy to talk to. My hygienist was amazing in explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it. I found that to be very refreshing. A very good pick for a dentist in the Castle Rock area. 😃

Brightside Dentistry is definitely the nicest dental office I’ve ever been in! The staff are some of the nicest people and they provide great service. I was able to get in for an appointment only a couple weeks after I called due to other patients cancelling and I couldn’t have been happier with how fast they got me in and out. Couldn’t recommend Dr. Brightside and her team enough!

Brightside Dentistry is the real deal! I have been a patient for over two years and have the pleasure of seeing the crew more often than the average person because of my love for gummy bears. Julie always takes good care of me during my cleanings. She has a great deal of compassion for me as a patient and understands my love of all things gummy. She has a great sense of humor and I always feel better when I leave that when I entered. Dr. B has been great! She is uber efficient (aka things in most offices that take forever, she does in a manner of minutes) has a great chair side manner and is just a great person. Rick up front is really knowledgeable, and has been great handling all things insurance. If you are looking for a great dentist with a rockstar staff look no further!

I had my 6 month cleaning on October 4th this week! It was my first time going to Brightside Dentistry in Castle Rock. I was greeted by Tyra who was extremely friendly, kind & welcoming! Kristen was my hygienist & she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth & explained everything as she went along & she couldn’t have been any sweeter! Dr. Brightside came in to meet me & was so friendly & professional & made me feel so very comfortable & so special. I had a fantastic experience & I would highly recommend Dr. Brightside & her wonderful staff to my friends & family in a heartbeat!

Dr. Brightside and her staff are a talented team and group of individuals. I am extremely anxious when it comes to any type of medical care, but I know I am definitely in good hands with them when it comes to dental work. I appreciate the entire team, and if you are anywhere in the Denver metropolitan area, definitely make a trip to Castle Rock, have a nice lunch, and go get your dental work at Brightside.

Finding a new dentist is hard, so when we moved to Castle Rock we were worried it would be tough to find one that we felt comfortable with, but we were so lucky to find Brightside. The staff are all very helpful and courteous, and the treatment was as pleasant as I've experienced in a dentist's chair. I am so happy we found them and can now call them our dentists
