Best experience with dental care I’ve had in my almost 72 years! Everyone is professional, courteous and friendly. The facilities and services provided are top notch. I’ve recommended Apple Grove Dental to friends and they’ve had great experiences with them as well.

I have been pleased with my services for over two years now. It's a very calming environment. And the staff is very kind and professional. Dr. Chung has fixed two front teeth that were chipped as well as cavities. I was very pleased with the work and it still is holding up with 2 yearly checkups and no cavities or front teeth issues.

Very courteous and professional staff. Clean facility. For those of us that don't like to go to the dentist because of "heavy handed" dental hygienist. I could not have asked for a better experience. Each staff member was very informative in their explanations of services given. I actually look forward to my next visit. A huge change for me.

Dr. Chung and his staff are phenomenal. Specifically, I’d Ike to address Dr. Coval, Alexis, and Bobbie. Thank you all so much for your help, patient service, and bedside manner. The dentist is never a smooth visit for me, and this was no exemption. I walked in confused, and albeit stressed, about what was being done. Despite my freaked-out demeanor and nervousness, they were very patient, understanding, and helpful. Bobbie understands my dental plan better than I do! She took her time to help me understand my insurance, and what I could do during that visit so there were no surprises further down the road. She even helped me map out my visits and explained to me, like I was 5 (which is a good thing), the financial aspects of the visits. Thanks for navigating the world of insurance for me, and thank you for the guidance. Alexis kept cool, calm and collected when I pestered her with all my questions. She was very considerate, and facilitated communication seamlessly between the front desk, the Dr., and myself. Alexis is the bridge and I would’ve never been able to cross into the dental dreamland without her help. Thanks for your reassurance, listening, kindness and patience. You’re doing a great job. Dr. Coval was fantastic. She was willing to accommodate my requests that were not even part of the visit plan. She was flexible, and very patient. Even in the middle of a busy clinic, she allowed me the time I needed to ask my questions. She ensured I had the opportunity to make an informed decision before proceeding with the visit. I never once felted rushed while everyone else was rushing around. She explained things clearly so we were both on the same page, and I trust her expertise wholeheartedly. Not to mention the work that she does! Those are the most skilled and precise hands donning pink gloves that I have ever seen. Dr. Cobalt is a kind person who is genuine about the care she gives. Absolutely the best dental experience I've ever had. The hygienist was kind and understanding and made me feel very comfortable. I hate going to the dentist, but this was so different than what I've experienced in the past. The dentist was able to resolve some tooth pain I've been having for a few years. Also, I am immunocompromised and I was happy to see that the staff all wore masks correctly and consistently. This has not been my experience at other dental offices in town. I highly recommend them!

I was new to Colorado Springs and needed a dentist in the area to correct previous dental work that gave me pain. I read the reviews online and decided to go with Apple Grove Dental. The Apple Grove Dental staff were very accommodating and provided an appointment for the next day with Dr. Chung. He and the technicians took their time in diagnosing my problem and explaining the cause of the pain. They are friendly and professional. But most importantly, they helped eliminate my problem. Apple Grove Dental went above and beyond to ensure that I am not afraid of the dentist but look forward to the visit! Thank you!

I am so sad that my insurance changed and we could no longer use Apple Grove for our dental needs. We have been so happy with them for the past 3-4 years. I am even more sadden after going to our new dentist that it’s not the same as Apple Grove. Please let us know if you are able to accept Anthem in the future; we will be back in a heartbeat!

Apple Grove is the Crown Jewel of C-Springs dentistry (pun intended)! Dr. Coval, her assistant Alyssa, and Dianna have all been top-notch! Today was my visit for crown procedure #2. I am now 45 years old and when I was in my twenties, I had a crown done that took two attempts and has never been "quite right" so I was absolutely dreading getting TWO more! Now obviously technology has come a long way but after Dr. Coval did my first crown a few weeks ago, I was much more comfortable doing the second one today. They both came out great, they fit perfectly, no exposure at the gumline, they feel comfortable, natural and I am oh soo satisfied!! Both procedures took a little over 2 hours and worth every minute! Dental work is not something that you want hurried, but rather something you dont want to have "fixed again" later. Dr. Coval is very thorough and it is obvious by her meticulous work and effort that she's ensuring her work will last for years to come! The second crown didn't even require any adjustment or "shaving" ( I have no idea what the appropriate terminology is). Get it done right at Apple Grove where they take pride in their work and they treat you like you (and your teeth) matter!
