I am TERRIFIED of the dentists! Vanessa did my scans and made me feel comfortable. The hygienist Jessica was patient with me and very sweet! She took the time to actually take plac off. The dentist provided educational information that was beneficial. I greatly appreciated this team

Been a pt for 10+ years and drove down from Boulder for a appointment. Got caught in Denver traffic, called them to let them know. I was 10 mins late to my appointment and they refused to see me. So that is how they treat established patients, terrible customer service.

If I could rate this place no stars I would. They don't listen to your needs. I asked for 2 syringes of lidocaine & they gave me one & started working. Long story shot they lack empathy if you have anxiety about the dentist. Dr. Ralph Parkin, told me things like"no one will work with you if you act like this", "I don't know what happened in your childhood" and "I need to put my big girl pants on". I asked him not to touch me unless medically necessary & he purposefully poked me & said I might have to touch you. I wanted to leave and just not even continue with the service and I was told "I wasn't going to get anything until I sat down." Don't go to this dentist unless you want to be disrespected.

Very knowledgeable Dr that goes out of his way to explain things. They do make mistakes. Like not capturing X-rays in digital archive and missing important notes. I like the Dr but he is older and seems to be close to retirement. But he has the attitude that you need your Dr to have.

I was seen by Dr. Carlson, he was 100% the best Dentist I’ve ever been too in my 35 years. I’d also like to acknowledge that Riley was super amazing and patient with scheduling me as I was rattling off a lot of information to her. She made me feel heard though. I forget the name of my hygienist to be honest (sorry!!), but both her and Unique did an amazing job at discussing all my possible options and making sure I was well informed! I absolutely love everything about Cheyenne Mountain Dental. I’m glad I listened to my husband because you guys are my new dentist! Please never stop being amazing!

Dr Parkin is the best - going to the dentist is an essential part of healthcare and doing so regularly is not always easy because of fear, anxiety and other reasons BUT Dr Parkin always takes good care of me and my low level of pain tolerance and my problem teeth. Dr Parkin‘s knowledge and experience is unmatched in the southern Colorado Springs area.

This office was really beautiful just walking into and it’s almost like a relaxing cabin feel not like most Drs offices. The staff is very friendly and appointments are easy to obtain. It is affordable with or with out insurance, I had to have two wisdom teeth removed and the Dentist was so sweet and very comforting through out and really listened to me the whole time and made sure I was as comfortable as some one can be when getting a tooth pulled. You can tell he really does genuinely care about his patients. Over all a good experience for what it was.

Dr. Parkin took the absolute best care when I needed a broken tooth fixed. I am terrified of the dentist but coming here and being treated so well by EVERYONE (just one hiccup I guess you could say) I am in no pain after my procedure today. Dr. Parkin takes such good care and actually listens makes the best plan for your care. I am so happy I found a FANTASTIC dentist finally. They will also do whatever they can to help work with your finances and flexibility so you go home not only with a smile on your face but knowing you have a plan . Thank you for taking such good care of me and I'm looking forward to going back! Never thought I would say that! haha Would recommend to anyone and everyone. The whole staff is amazing, it really is like a family.
