All of the staff at Colorado Dental Group are friendly and courteous! I have been with them for about three years now, highly recommend!

I took my mom (95 years old) to Colorado Dental Group today to have her teeth cleaned and examined. Dr. Novembre and Haley, the dental hygienist, were very professional, friendly, and patient with my mom. They put my mom at ease and did an excellent job. The office staff was also very helpful, accommodating us when we showed up at the wrong time (my mistake). We were very pleased with our experience today and recommend this practice to others.

The service exceeded my expectations; from Cyndi, the friendly receptionist to the professionalism of Jasper, the dental hygienist, who made me feel calm and confident at all times.

Edit: Today, I had my follow-up to get work done and I can say that I am glad I went back. Mona and Cindy have changed my mind about this place. I am more than happy to change my rating to 5 stars. If you need dental care at all, please give them a try! Original Post: My first impression was not great when I arrived there was no one at the counter for over 30 minutes (around 12:50pm I arrived). Then when an employee walked in, she said hello and walked away, she stayed on her cellphone the whole time and I could hear her talking about meaningless things (she is loud). Then another employee comes in, says nothing to me or the others sitting in the waiting area sits down at the desk in the front. So, now I have been waiting for 45 minutes and still no one has offered assistance or anything. As a new patient, I was not impressed with front staff. I had to ask for the paperwork for intake instead of it being offered. Then she kindly reminds me that I was added to the schedule just an hour or so before (to this I say, AND?). I personally think they both should have been fired especially the older lady in the front as she was just rude from the start. The thing that saves this place for me is the hygienist (Jannette) I had and dentist (Dr. Novembre). They are the only reason that I will be returning in the future. Once, the cleaning was completed I had to leave and talk to the other front desk staffer, and she had to be asked to check me out by the hygienist. Also, not sure who supposed to clean up the waiting area, but things could be a bit more tidy (empty tissue boxes, dusty, small bits of paper). The dental areas are excellently cared for.

My doctor & hygienist/assistant were very friendly and professional. Two fillings and a crown were a pain free experience.

They make going to the dentist enjoyable. Everyone is super nice and helpful.

I want to ensure that the charge for flouride cleaning is submitted to Medicare. I paid for this at the office, which I think should have been deferred. In the past, I have experienced challenges with their billing, including hugely over billing Medicare. Otherwise, the service is good.

Amazing Invisalign results, and great general treatment. I have been going here for about 3 years and the experience is always great. I can’t recommend Colorado Dental Group highly enough.

Service was ok not great, but ok. Reason for the one star is that they charge way more than other dentists, and then try to rip you off by sending you a text a month later saying that you have a balance due on your account when you paid IN FULL before leaving the office. When you try to contact them, they will use every excuse about being the only person in the office and they cannot look into what the charge is for.

So glad I found this place. I had a great experience with all of the employees. Super friendly and professional. Brook was out of this world! Can not thank her enough for the work she did on me! They are lucky to have her! Thank all of you!

I haven’t visited a dental office in years. Up until now I have never been to a “good” dentist. I only ever went out of necessity, and that’s what brought me here. I know timing depends heavily on how busy a dental office can be, but I was fortunate enough to get a day-of appointment to have the wisdom tooth that was aching looked at. The woman at the counter was extremely kind and explained everything to me with ease. I waited for only fifteen minutes. The hygienists that were helping my doctor were all very kind and make me feel comfortable while I waited and everyone seemed to work really well together. After x-rays, my doctor ( I apologize for forgetting your name if you’re reading this) came in shortly, took a look at my teeth, and came up with a treatment plan. He even offered to take the wisdom tooth out later that same day. When I returned, I was in and out in under an hour with no wisdom tooth, and I felt almost no pain until later that night. Since, I have been back to have a few cavities filled, and I have a cleaning scheduled. Everything was affordable with my insurance, and I will be returning to this dental office yearly to help keep my teeth healthy. I never write reviews like this but this was the best medical experience I’ve had in my life. All my fears and worries were erased by the professional and kind work of everyone in the building. They even let me keep my tooth!

Even though squeezed me in same day for an urgent matter, Dr. Frederick and his great staff took all the time needed to give first-class care, with everything resolved in this one visit.
