If I could give this practice 10 stars, I would!!! Dr. Ryan and Hygienist Valerie were amazing with me this morning! Their patience with my restrictions, and Dr. Ryan’s attention to detail with the fitting of my crowns was extraordinary! He was so precise in making sure everything was perfect with NO PAIN! Have recommended Dr. Ryan and his practice to my family and friends!

My Son enrolled in Delta Dental and was looking for a Dentist with good reviews and close to us. We had our first Appointment and he needed a Crown and a Night Guard. They cleaned his Teeth and did the Crown. We returned for the fillings and they cleaned his Teeth again ( not charged), was asking about the Night Guard but they lost the imprint and did a new one. Picked it up just to get a call it was ready for pick-up. Today get a call that his Account was overdue, turns out the Insurance didn't paid as much as they thought. He needs a Wisdom tooth removed but not at this Office. Some staff is nice and some of them rude. Only visit with Dr Gardner once and he was ok. This is the last time we will be using this Office.

I liked the dentist and the orthodontist. Everything is state of the art in this office and it's really nice, if you need more dental work than you can afford at the time of your appointment they will work with you on a dental plan to pay off whatever debt you accrue in the process.

I was really put off by how I was treated by the receptionist. At first, I walked up to the desk and she didn't even acknowledge me. I stood there for an awkward amount of time before she looked over and said "one minute". Then she asked me to sign the signature pad about my "financials". She said my appointment would be $120. I signed and then asked for a copy of those financials. She acted as though me asking for that was unheard of. She prints it out and then walks away. When I look at it, it says my appointment is going to cost $250. I asked the other receptionist why this said something different than what I was just told and she said those were the other charges my hygienist MIGHT charge me for.
It doesn't seem like good business to have your client sign for one amount when another amount is clearly listed on the page they're signing! All in all, not a great experience.

So I have had a LOT of dental issues (born with bad dental luck I guess) all of my life. I've had many procedures, some really difficult and intense surgeries. For some reason I don't really mind the dentist (not saying I enjoy big procedures and the amount of money they cost). However, once I started seeing Dr. Gardner, about 6-7 years ago, he was so knowledgeable (I have had periodontitis all my life) of my situation and issues I've had, and he recommendeds certain treatements from time to time. I first saw him when I needed an unusally difficult implant surgery and was looking for a second opinion. I quickly learned that the first treatment plan from my "specialist" was definitely not the best long term treatment for me at all. I trusted him and made the switch then, followed all his recommendations, and my teeth are by FAR better than when I started going. I even used to see an alleged periodontal specialist, but my teeth were not really improving. I feel like Dr. Gardner genuinely cares and is very knowledgeable and honest. There are times they have sent me to a specialist for procedures and they ALWAYS have the top notch professionals. I just had a root canal by Dr. Tran and he is a trainer in the industry, has very high tech equipment, and that was the fastest and best procedure ever. I mean, come on, root canal? But if you need it, you want the best, and Dr. Gardner is very passionate about finding the best of the best for his patients.
He is very good at what he does, and truly wants the best for his patients, no doubt. His hygenist Rebecca is amazing and has been a huge part of my teeth getting better and better. And all the office staff I have dealth with, especially the office manager Precious, have all been super helpful, kind, professional, and accomadating. I could not recommend them more! In fact, if I could give more than 5 out of 5 starts, I absolutely would! I have recommended them to MANY friends and I do not take recommendations

This doctor and staff are the best. My appointment started on time, scheduled for a cleaning, ended up needing a recrown and a new crown. Got it all done in the same visit, saving me time, as I didn't have to take another day off work. The staff is so sweet and helpful.

Ryan Gardner is a great dentist and I felt very comfortable with his guidance. The office manager Catherine was spot on. She answered my insurance questions thoroughly. You can tell she has a very in depth knowledge. Every staff member from the hygienist to the dental assistant was very professional and kind. Will be taking my family in the future.
**Its been another year as of this update 1/2/23 and I am still very satisfied. They have taken great care of my entire family and children.

I had been going to a local dentist since 2008 and once the care had started to be about how many folks they could see rather than how many folks they could care for, I took a chance and switched. After having so many adjustments and "well lets try this and come back in two weeks", I had enough. Dr. Gardner got me in, did a full work up, new x-rays and a full tooth by tooth check, set up a plan to address not only my main issue of not being able to chew on one side of my mouth, but to correct an incorrect crown, addressed how the one crown that I had been fighting since July 22 (now Nov 22) did in fact need a root canal, and we are now on a plan that is specific to me and my health. The staff could have not been any friendlier and the anxiety of "visiting the dentist" is not a dreaded experience. From a guy who has had many needles and many procedures (military experimental dentistry) even the numbing process was pain free. Generally there is a pinch or a "zinger" if they hit a nerve, NOT THE CASE!! I am looking forward to getting all the previous work corrected just in time for the holidays! To Mallory, Kelsey, Precious, Rebecca, and the other wonderful staff, Dr Gardner and soon to meet Dr Tran, I am glad I made the drive to come see you all! Thank you for taking the time to explain everything, and to doing things the right way!

Constitution Dental Group is amazing! Its a great family enviroment that can care for the dental and orthodontic needs of children (through My Kids Dentist and Orthodontics) and adults (through Constitution Dental Group), which are both conveniently located in the same spot! In addition, they use the latest technology from EPIC Dental documentation to an onsite lab. Furthermore, I felt safe and confident having my child get nitrous oxide for her procedure knowing there were trained staff on site that had immediate access to pediatric and adult life support kits.
Dr. Toby D. kindly and compassionately cared for the kids, while Dr. Gardner created a patient specific plan for me.
Dr. Gardner was even able to meet all my needs in one visit!! Although this was unexpected, it was very appreciated. He even found a hidden cavity that was not visible on xray! Then, he created a cap for me that perfectly matches my other teeth. You can't even tell the tooth has a cap!!
I am very greatful for the family centered dental care that has been provided and would definitely recommend both groups to other families.

Great experience as a new patient! This is my 5th dentist in Colorado Springs since 2007. Dr. G and the staff are phenomenal! Dr. G explains everything in simple to understand terms, vs. using medical jargon.

After posting this, not because of my calls, I was contacted and had the charges removed due to a billing error. I will not be returning to this office with my family.
My family and I went for the first time for routine dental cleanings. I was assured everything was covered by our insurance. One of my children needed a filling, and I paid for what wasn't covered on the spot. Here I am two months later, and I received a bill for hundreds of dollars that has no information other than "previous balance". I have called several times, and each time they say they don't know what the charges are, but will have their manager who isn't there look into it and get back to me ASAP. I still have yet to hear anything, and each time I call it is the same thing. I am afraid their error is going to end up as a negative collections on my credit. I had read previous reviews of this happening to people, but figured it must have been flukes, as how could this happen with routine cleanings?!

Dental visits aren't something we normally "like" going to as the movies, but C.D. is heads above any other in town IMHO. Dr. Gardner and staff are the best.

Overall okay dentist. They don’t really help or comfort you if you’re feeling anxious, they just numb you a bunch, which is great but doesn’t help the jitters. Very pricy options compared to other dentists who actually help you financially. You hardly get any help with that here. Will probably look to switch soon.

Will not return. Cannot recommend. I tried this dental group after I made a mistake with my insurance elections. I had an obvious tooth abscess and half my face swelled up like a chipmunk. Good: The group was able to see me 4 hours after I called and prescribed antibiotics which kept me from going into sepsis and dying. It was clear either I needed a root canal or that tooth needed to be extracted. Bad: Before leaving I asked whether we should schedule follow-up as their only Endodontist was not in that day. Small practice, only one hygienist, etc. I was assured they would call me back. 24 hours later and in 4/10 pain, it was clear my well-being was not their concern. They called back 6 days later, and that was only after I left a negative review to the patient survey they emailed to me! Read my other reviews if you would like to know who I would recommend. I chose to pay that group out-of-pocket due to my insurance mistake rather than using Constitution Dental Group.

If you want great care and friendly staff, this is the place to be. Like so many of us, going to the dentist is not one of our "favorite" activities! I and my husband had a very positive experience. The xrays were detailed and all on computer so they could show you where concerns would be. Dr. Gardner came in and did a very good explanation of work to be done. Took time in answering my questions. Becca did my cleaning and it was so easy and pain free. In fact, it was the first time my gums didn't bleed. Best cleaning I have ever had. So highly recommend coming here😁
