Are you considering being a new patient? More like a new source of income to them. They don’t care about your health all they care is that you can pay for your bill. I started as new patient this year and sure enough I get a qouted for more work than I was expecting. On my second visit I got charged extra money than I was told from the beginning and when I ask why was it higher, simply said it was just a quote. I had a third visit set up and I couldn’t make it so they just simply forgot about me because I told them that budget was a concern. I will keep looking for better more patient oriented dentist than this one. Try them at your own risk, of them leaching money of you.

I've been going here for four years. I've had a number of fillings and a crown done here. I have had issues with the crown and one of the fillings. My last visit, to replace the faulty filling, they were an hour and a half late. They did not communicate well how late they would actually be. I'm not sure how they keep staff, every time I've been in they have different hygienist and receptionist. They've also had three different dentists in the time I've been going. If the last dentist was still there I wouldn't leave. Over all I'm disappointed

The chairs in the waiting room are very hard for the elderly or overweight to stand up. Yesterday, my wife seriously hurt her back. The staff consistently tell patients not to sit on the chairs but they are never replaced. Dental work done here is good but I am considering changing dentists just because of these waiting room chairs.

After being a victim in a car crash causing a broken jaw and several missing teeth, I was so nervous about going to the dentist to clean and restore everything; but this entire team here at crossroads has truly made me feel so comfortable and has made this entire process as pleasant as it could possibly be for me. Chandra has especially gone out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable every time and has taken amazing care of me. It’s so greatly appreciated considering my circumstances. Dr. Tyng and hygienists are great! I always leave the office with a renewed smile after a thorough examination and cleaning. One thing preventing me from providing a perfect rating is the front office staff’s lack of knowledge regarding my insurance. At checkout, the front office staff told me that my insurance only covers 50% for cleanings. This isn’t true as I’ve never paid anything out of pocket for cleanings. So, be advised that you’ll want to know what your insurance covers/doesn’t cover before you try this dental office.
