From my first call to KCFD (03/15/23 they talked to me like a family member, a twenty year patient. Made my initial appointment next week, then called back forty-five minutes later and ask if I could take a cancellation appointment today (3/16/23)at three-thirty! I filled out initial paperwork on line, so today when I arrived I spent five minutes max in the very comfortable waiting room and was ushered in to the exam room. Jackie the dental assistant, made me feel extremely welcome and assured that I had made the right choice in patient care. All the newest technology reinforced my choice, as did Dr. Effinger, who turns out to be an expert in the area of my critical dental needs. I’ll admit the God I pray to had a lot to do with the grace I was afforded in my choice. I make no important decisions like this without prayer … I’ve learned proceeding without prayer does not pay. This place gives you a price and then when it's time to pay the amount is significantly more. They definitely don't put their patients needs and wants before their own. They will upsell you and not consult with you until after. Horrible practice, requesting an itemized estimate is a must because they'll screw you over.

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to by far. Amazing, friendly, and professional service every time.

We moved to CS from Denver before Covid and we were still driving up to our dentists in Denver. Once my daughter needed braces we needed a closer dentist to look at extractions. Not only do they take great care of us but they also sent her flowers to make sure she was feeling well after the procedure.

3 stars for the hygienist who cleaned my teeth and did a great job. -1 star for making me watch a PowerPoint about your office before cleaning my teeth. -1 more star for not mentioning that because this is a “premium” office, Delta Dental will only pay for part of a cleaning (80%) and I have to pay the rest out of pocket.

My hygienist Jenna was very professional and thorough while doing the dental cleaning and she was very kind and proactive while giving me tips about how to better clean the back of my teeth to prevent stains from tea. My dentist Paul was very honest about the great condition of my teeth and didn’t exaggerate the severity of orthodontic issues with my almost perfect teeth which other greedy dentists usually do. My experience with Kissing Camels Family Dentistry was great!

Extremely professional and friendly staff. Since it was my first time there today a spare administrator gave me a short tour and history of the practice, as well as an explanation of services they offer. The waiting room and decorations were pleasant and fun, the rooms were clean and large. Overall an extremely enjoyable experience

I have the worst dental anxiety. I remember walking into the office and almost in tears about my teeth that I let go for so long. Was greeted by front desk, and sent back to a room. Sitting there nervous. Kim was wonderful, talked to me like we were family, met Dr. Boals and he’s absolutely fantastic. You can tell he takes pride in his work and making sure you’re comfortable in the process. I really enjoyed my visits each time I went. Had the pleasure of having Amelia work along side with Dr. Boals and she’s super sweet! Jackie you make me laugh, thanks for cutting it up with me and making me smile!! Taresha, the one who numbed me through my first procedure, (which didn’t hurt by the way) who answered my questions and assessed my teeth and gums (hygienist) you truly are passionate about helping others and making them feel comfortable and I really appreciate it. I took an interest in learning more about dentistry because of this office. You all are fantastic and I’m very glad I had the opportunity to go here for my teeth.
