The whole staff was lively and kind. The woman who checked me in helped me download the app and upload my insurance card. The woman who took my X-rays was so kind and personable and my dentist was informed, funny and responsive. Overall, a great experience!

First time back to the dentist in sometime and i should have checked th4e reviews before hand. Dingy rooms and equipment. When i first walked in it seemed pleasant enough but while walking back to the get x-rays I could see they were not any better than comfort dental and are a high churn practice that are more concerned about the number of customers walking through the door than the customer. But hey at least they are over priced.

Everything was horrible. Went in for cleaning and they wanted to pull my tooth. Had the wrong my chart, thought I was supposed Leone else but was sure I needed to sign document to pull tooth. Husbands dentist walked out in middle of cleaning leaving my husband with a mouth full of bacteria and no way to get rid of it. Trying to upswell everything.

I've been to many different Dental offices and I have to say this office is superb! From making appointment to seeing Dr Pickett, he and the entire staff are awesome, I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Dr. Cohen & her assistant's, Tiffany, Bethany & Melissa were extremely thorough & conscientious. In addition Melissa was fun & entertaining & put my mind at ease. Nothing seemed rushed. Thank you, Ray Miller

I had oral surgery same day appt. with his HIGHLY QUALIFIED periodontist, Dr. Ferguson. Dr. Pickett’s annual check ups are EXTREMELY THOROUGH. He works on dental issues right on the spot. Dr. Pickett’s prescribed Night Guard is saving my teeth after years of brushing too hard and bad oral genetics. Dr. Pickett’s clinic is teeming with AMAZING and HIGHLY SKILLLED STAFF. His dental hygienist, Mary, moves like a Jaguar … FLAWLESS and FOCUSED while using ADVANCED cleaning methods. Her EQUALLY PASSIONATE and HIGHLY SKILLED medical assistant, Emily, sends you out the door with SPARKLING TEETH. Holly is a MASTER receptionist and scheduler. After years of not liking my smile and being so self conscious of the gap between my two front top teeth, Dr. Shah came in and wanted to make me feel better about my smile. I went in just for a cleaning band he was eager to help me with my smile. 3 days later I came in and he and Tiffany filled the gap with composite and I literally cried with how happy it all came out. Now I can’t stop smiling and I will enjoy taking pictures with my friends and family now. Thank you to Tiffany and Dr. Shah!

My husband had services done with Dr. Strong for veneers and they came out beautiful. He told her exactly what he did not like about his smile and she made his confidence level boost up!!! His assistant Makyla was very helpful and informative and also helped make the process so smooth. I now bring my family and extended family members here. 10/10.

I had this throbbing pain in one of my teeth. My dentist Dr. Shah told me that I needed both a root canal and a crown on that tooth. It was my first root canal and I was super nervous because I was afraid of needles. Dr. Shah was very patient with me and he gave me this ten out of ten root canal which was painless. Then he made me the crown for the tooth and he fixed it until it was perfect. His assistants, Tiffany and Bethany were really nice and helped me a lot. I am very grateful for them to do my treatments. Thank you all.

I’ve seen many dentists, in many states (we move a lot!) and, without question, Dr. Pickett is the best I’ve ever seen. The entire staff at North Powers Modern Dentistry was amazing – professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient. I had a complicated implant problem that’s been worked on by a few dentists and Dr. Pickett was able to make an assessment, come up with a great solution, and do the work quickly and easily. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and put me at ease. It was the first time in years that I felt comfortable in a dental office. Highly recommend this office and team!

Breanna or Brenna, whatever her name is was very rude. I would highly recommend she go in for training, when speaking To people over the phone. Very disappointing.

Wonderful staff!!! I got a same-day appointment (which I desperately needed!) Dr. Strong- hands down one of the greatest dentists I’ve ever had. Piper who did my x-rays was so sweet. And my payment options were given to me very clear and professional by Veronica who by the way, was incredibly awesome. Overall very satisfied and happy to call this my home dentist.

Dr. Pickett and his staff (Haley, Victoria, Savannah, Sarah, and Mary) we're excellent!!👍👍 They made me feel at ease, relaxed, and provided a wonderful dental experience for me. I had numerous procedures done, that required me to be there over 7 hours, but they all insured I was comfortable, always asking me if I needed anything to make me feel comfortable and provided a pleasurable dental experience. They even provided me with a blanket to stay warm! I've had terrible, and painful experiences in the past at other dental clinics, but Dr. Pickett was professional, very detailed, extremely efficient, and precise with my procedures. He always kept me informed what he was doing, explaining everything in detail and updating me through there while procedures. Excellent experience!! All thumbs up to him and his staff. Couldn't be happier!
