No visit to the dentist is pleasant, but my visit to Pine Creek Dental was as pleasant as it could be. The dentist and his staff are up-beat and positive.

I am very pleased with Dr. Thompson and my hygienist Mary, as well as the office staff. All are caring and efficient with sufficient knowledge and skill. We are blessed to have been referred to this dental office.

Such a great, clean place with an amazing staff and environment. They made my daughter feel so comfortable and were really friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Pine Creek Dental helped me when no one else would. My crown had fallen off and I called around everywhere to get it cemented back on. Other dentists even expected me to wait until May. The reception I got from Pine Creek Dental was exceptional over the phone. When I arrived in the office, same day, I was treated kindly with true caring. Everyone in the office were super real people. The modern equipment impressed me right off. The Dr was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable to re-cement my crown. I am actually looking forward to my cleaning next month. I hope they know they probably have a patient for life.

I was greeted promptly as I entered the office. Mary, the hygienist, ushered me into the exam room, asked me if there were any issues to address, and went about explaining the procedure to be accomplished that day. She was very thorough, and spent the time necessary to clean my teeth fully. I have always been very impressed with the hygienists friendliness, preparadness, and professionalism.

About a year ago, Dr. Thompson spoke the five words every dental patient dreads most: “You need a root canal.” Years ago, a previous dentist had told me I was very hard to sedate. He even gave up after repeated injections failed to numb my sensitivity, and suggested we reschedule the surgery for my crown. He said he hoped his injections might be more effective at a later date. He couldn’t explain why, just said it might be psychological and maybe another day I would be calmer. Remembering that terrible experience, my stress meter sent me an alarm. But Dr. Thompson assured me he would manage the pain and keep me comfortable during the procedure, and he did. He is professional, confident, and calm, and he frequently asked about my comfort level during the procedure. Afterward I thanked him for getting me through it all without pain. He took my gratitude in stride and just asked me to share the news that root canals don’t have to hurt. His entire staff is highly trained, professional, and empathetic. Last week I returned to have a filling replaced and once again - a pain free experience! Pine Creek Dental is the best.

As soon as we returned to Colorado, we received a mailer advertising Pine Creek Dental. So, I pulled out the trusty iPad and started googling reviews about this team. To my delight their office was just 5 minutes from our new home and their team had the absolute BEST reviews. Other people had written all the words to describe Pine Creek Dental and Dr. Thomson that we were looking for in a dental office.
