Wasn’t of a fan of my visit. Waited a month or two to have an appt scheduled with them, only to arrive there and be told that since the hygienist didn’t show up, they would not be able to do my cleaning. They could’ve called me instead of having me waste my time driving down there. Prior to this, I was already hesitant since my children had cleanings with them already and noticed that they had skipped routined steps.

In the absence of Dr. Keen, quality in service at my last appointment was not the same. I was surprised to learn after my visit (from someone outside the office) that Dr. Keen was no longer practicing at South Springs Dental. Dr. Keen will be greatly missed there, and I wish her the best at her new location, The Dental Loft.

Sara left South Springs Dental Group in 2022 and yet when you call and ask to rebook they do not inform you of the move. Had my routine cleaning, x-rays done before I knew. Not a good way to do business. Saw Dr. Sara Keen at her new location Febr 17, 2023. The drive is EZ, Dr. KEEN IS GREAT, Ashley is a joy! NOT recommending So Spgs Dental, Sara is no longer there!!

This place is pretty great, easy going and everyone was so nice. My cleaning was extremely gentle but I felt like they got the job done. I had a filling as well that was quick and the dentist was very therapeutic walking me through the numbing process. They take Tricare which is awesome for those associated with the military! Oh and the music was awesome.
