Disorganized 1. I made an appointment for my spouse about one and a half months prior to the appointment. When we arrived, the receptionist told him he did not have an appointment about 10-15 minutes later. My spouse had to make another appointment for another day. He is a very busy person and wasted his time. 2. Tuttle Family Dentistry did not verify my insurance even after my arrival. When I got to Tuttle Family Dentistry, they sent the insurance information to the billing department. I had to get the dental service without knowing whether the insurance would cover it or not. 3. I made an appointment with a specific hygienist but a different one showed up without notifying me that it was changed and they do not even know what happened.

My hygienist here is absolutely the sweetest human. She is so skilled, professional, and truly a joy to be around. I always look forward to my appointments with her. I trust her on a whole different level. I am protective over my teeth and take pride in them so it’s so nice to know I have her looking over me twice a year so nothing will go undetected. I’ve had a lot of physical trauma at other dentists in the past and luckily have not had any negatives here. They are organized, timely, and go the extra mile to help you out. I haven’t had any surprises in billing which is always a plus too. When I needed a surgery done they sent me to Amos where I also had a very great experience. I know I’ll be taken care of in any event and am so very grateful for the extra they give consistently.

I had to go in for three fillings and I was definitely not looking forward to it. I have a huge fear of dental work and usually get extremely nervous before appointments. We tried doing the fillings without anesthesia and only two were successful that way. Thankfully Dr. Colt listened to me and numbed the one tooth. He and Carrie were both very patient, understanding, and comforting for the entire process. I’ve never felt more comfortable at the dentist! Highly recommend!
