To make a long story short. I was in a car accident in 2016 that knocked out three front teeth. Since then I have been to three different dentist all promising solutions that never worked until meeting Dr. Donn. From the beginning Dr. donn and his team have made me feel welcomed and understood. They are patient, kind and make sure I always know what is happening and try to ensure I know him much it will cost. I have no anxiety going to density appointment as I usually did even before the accident. I have been to Dr. Donn’s practice many many times( as well as my children) since they opened and I just read the ONLY 1 star review and I am appalled. I, myself have dentures – unfortunately I did not get them with word-of-mouth- I went to another place but I did go to Dr. Donn roughly 3 years ago to get my dentures adjusted and have never had to use glue with them since! They fit perfectly and had I had issues I know I could’ve gone back and gotten it fixed! As Dr. Donn and his staff tell you-multiple times, during all my visits-if they are uncomfortable to come back and they will make the dentures feel “right”! He is an excellent dentist, his staff is amazing and extremely qualified and to see this wonderful amazing dentist being smeared on a review is disgusting. Once you meet him and his staff you know he is only about helping the patient. They do take more than just cash and will set up payment arrangements and they definitely go out of their way to help every patient that may have a financial situation. The quality of the work at word-of-mouth is beyond excellent and should never be questioned or the integrity of Dr. Donn and his staff! I’m so blessed that he is my dentist! Thank you Dr. Don and your staff you’re all amazing!!

I went to Dr. Donn after Dr. Wright placed two implants in my lower jaw. My first impression of Dr. Donn was not good. He made it clear to me that he would accept cash only and the amount was a little over $2000. My only income is Social Security, Yes his staff is pleasant but I do not feel that he really enjoys denture patients He allowed his young assistant to take care of my visits and only one time did he check her work. Also I left my upper denture to be relined, and my mouth is still sore from the poor reline and I would not go back because I was afraid that they would send the denture back to the same lab. I never visited his office again and now I have moved to another state.

Dr Bowen and his staff were fantastic!! Great environment from the front desk staff to the dental assistants- I rarely get the chance to brag on amazing DA’s that are really great at their jobs and know how to take radiographs 😆 so I definitely want to acknowledge that !! 💕 We have found our new dental office FINALLY!
