Archibald Family Dentistry

I switched to this dentist when we moved from Broomfield. My prior dentist had a few fillings they wanted to do and when I went to Archibald he told me if it were his teeth he wouldn't do anything. I appreciate him not trying to do unnecessary work and being my solid second opinion. I have had the most amazing hygienist there! This office has a great reputation for a reason! For the first time in a long time I have a dentist I look forward to sticking with for the long run!

Archibald family dentistry is by far the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. The staff was very friendly and professional. Not only were they able to instantly put me at ease, but my 7 year old son even felt comfortable (he gets very nervous at the dentist due to a bad experience). Their hygienists not only do an excellent job, but gave me the best teeth cleaning I have ever had. They definitely take their time with each patient to ensure you leave feeling great! At my first cleaning I expressed some concern about the crowns I had received at a previous dental office. They are on my front teeth, and my gums were left inflamed and uneven even a year later. Dr. Archibald immediately described what could be done to remedy the situation. When its your front teeth the cosmetic work truly matters! He was able to even out my gums and give me better quality, custom shade matched crowns that gave me back the smile I had before my accident. He even went above and beyond and got it completed right before my wedding. Thanks to Dr. Archibald and his amazing team I got the wedding photos of my dreams!

This dentistry is AMAZING!! I had a very traumatic experience with another practice and after 2+ years of pain, I finally bit the bullet and scheduled an emergency appointment when the pain got worse. The hygienist was very quick in getting x-rays to see the root of the problem and send the doctor in. Dr. Archibald was fantastic in easing my anxiety and adjusted the filling several times until it was perfect and gave me a referral to get my wisdom teeth out as well! Saharah was extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful in working around my busy work schedule to get me scheduled to fix the other fillings! I feel MUCH less anxiety going to the dentist now knowing I have a dentistry like this taking care of me! Thank you Archibald Family Dentistry! 🦷

Archibald came VERY HIGHLY recommended. I'm so happy I took the recommendation. Staff is super friendly and got me in on an emergency visit as a new patient, new to Colorado. Glad I found them. I was greeted with smiles and friendly staff. Dr. Archibald is so kind and gentle. I feel safe and comfortable with him. I typically get a sense of anxiety at the dentist even though I've been going to the dentist since I was a kid, even wore braces for a few years and still get that anxious feeling. He reassures me that it's not bad. I will be a patient here for the duration. Thanks for everything.

Being someone who is in this field I find it a bit ridiculous that you make patients wait months (6 to be exact) to establish care with your practice. The only reason I am not being my family from my office is due to location of my home from my office so to be turned down or expected to wait months to establish care is unethical to me. Also the refusal of a patient request is a bit disheartening. I will no longer recommend anyone I know who lives in reunion to this practice. To you Mr OWNER- #1 I have stepped foot into your practice, a couple times actually. #2- if you took the time to actually read your review I clearly gave reason as to why I do not take children to my office and just so were CLEAR I would never work for an office that I do not trust as I hope that you don't have employees in yours that do not trust you. #3 the appointments I was requesting were for my CHILDREN and just so you know I know for a clear FACT that a hygienist does not need to POLISH my children's teeth as neither do you as a DOCTOR your ASSISTANT does as to the reasoning why I requested that they just see you rather then waiting 6 months to see a hygienist who you are likely paying 70+ dollars an hour for with an insurance turnaround of 68.00 for a cleaning. Thankfully I dodged this bullet because I would not want my family treated by a Doctor with such a response to my review!

Wonderful office and wonderful staff. They have created a family of patients for life! Can’t recommend them enough.

We went to be seen as new patients with our 13 month old daughter. This was the WORST experience ever. After 45 minutes of waiting and every other new patient was seen that came after us, we were taken back and our visit wasn't even for a new patient visit. I have NEVER experienced this amount of disorganization, lies from multiple people in the office, and treatment.

I took my son in last Monday because he had a toothache. I had called 3 weeks prior to make the appointment. I gave the receptionist all the insurance info she asked for. We walked in 15 min before the appointment, we were not greeted she just pointed at the clipboard with paperwork. I filled it out, gave it to her, she then proceeded to tell me I didn’t have dental insurance? So I called Guardian (dental insurance) and they said no one had even called them ( I have insurance) went back to her and told her I did have insurance after she had called. Why wait until we’re at the appointment to tell me I don’t have insurance when I called 3 WEEKS AGO! My son needed a root canal which the dentist said he doesn’t do? So we got a referral. The dentist told me his receptionist would call and set it up. A few days go by and I don’t hear anything so I call them and ask if the appointment is set up. The receptionists exact words were “ why would I call? I don’t have access to their books!?!?” I hung up on her and called the new place myself and made the appointment. They also said that Archibald never contacted them!!! At this point I’m done! The dentist was nice that’s why I gave the second star.

I sent them my Insurance card over a week before my appt. While I am in the office filling out the paperwork they tell me they do not take my insurance. Very poor business practice by having me send in my insurance card prior but not reviewing it.

Horrible billing practice, charged me $50 for rescheduling an appt, indicating I missed an appt in April 2018. Lost my business!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Archibald for over 5 years now. He has done everything from cleanings to fixing a cracked tooth the same day. His office staff are very friendly and professional. Atmosphere in the office is very relaxing. I have since moved about 20mi away, and will still continue to visit Archibald Dentistry. I hope I never have to look for another dentist. Dr. Archibald has set the bar very high for me.

Dr. Archibald is the best dentist I've ever been to. His gentle and confident demeanor will put you at ease. I highly recommend.

I have been looking for a new dentist closer to work and I this place was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and they explained everything to me. Really glad I was able to be seen here !!

I am so pleased with my care!!! I am visiting from Florida and had to have a 20 year old crown redone due to decay. Dr. Sam said I would be sore after but I have had no pain and its been 4 days since the procedure. I am very grateful to have found such a good dentist. Sierra, Cindy, and Amber made me feel very comfortable, I was so nervous. I plan to come back from Florida every 6 months.

I had my first visit with Archibald Dentistry today, and I can honestly say that I’ve never felt more at ease in a dentist’s office than I did there. I laughed while sitting in the chair, actually laughed, because the hygienist was so personable and funny. Dr. Archibald made me feel relaxed and confident in his assessments, introducing himself by his first name and shaking my hand, unlike any other dentist I’ve met. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming; I ended up talking with the office manager for more than 30 minutes after my appointment, not to complain, but because we started talking about our kids and mom life. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I look forward to my next appointment.
