My crown fell off, and they got me in the same day. It was a Friday. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, was very nice and kind. Dr. Was great, kind, and professional. Debbie was great working with him as well. Very satisfied with this office!

I love this place!!! Dr. Schade is great!! He is fun!! He explains everything. He is gentle. His whole staff is great! They are all very caring and kind. That means a lot, because who likes to go to the dentist. They make it better!!! If I could give more then 5 stars I definitely would!!!!!

Happy employees, so nice to go into this office. I broke a crown and had a new, perfect fit, one 2 days later. They made the crown within 2 hours.

We have been with Dr. Pack for a few years now. Him and his team are amazing. From routine cleanings, dental implants and tooth extractions. Scheduling is a breeze, even the emergency appointments. Dr. Packs team have always gone above and beyond to make sure my family's needs are meet!

I went in for a new crown. Dr Pack has such up to date technology! He can prep your crown and seat it all in one appointment. Berlin showed me the process step by step. Not only did I get a happy smile - I got a lesson in science. Pretty nifty.

Went in for a two hour procedure and was treated as if I was the only patient they had. First class attention and care from start to finish. Dr. Pack took extra time to complete the procedure in a professional and pain free manner. Very happy with staff Berlin, Lacy and Jenn are very professional and caring. Doctor Pack good to work with as well. Not my favorite place to be but they make it as enjoyable as possible.

I went there on Veteran's day. They are the only dental office I know of the gives free dental work to Veteran's. They are very friendly, clean, organized, updated with the latest technology and knowledgeable. Dr. Pack is good with all of his patients and Krystal was excellent with my x-rays, examination, and deep cleaning. A very professional group!

No doubt why this place have 5 stars out five, they were just amazing!!, the doctor was very kind and even tho, I was nervous he took his time to explain everything and even talk to my orthodontist about my extraction. I have worked with Dr. Pack and his office multiple times. He and his staff are very professional and friendly. On my last visit, I was helped by Lacy at the front as well as Berlin and Dr. Pack. They were all very professional and informative. I would highly recommend Cortez Dental.
