I didn't get her name but the receptionist was extremely rude to me on the phone about having medicaid. I'm on maternity leave and had a few questions and she was not helpful at all. Used zocdoc to schedule appt. and it said they took medicaid... super unprofessional.

Been going to see Dr. Phan for 3 years now since I moved to Denver. The number one thing that she doesn’t do is oversell you on what actually needs attention. I got quotes for 6 cavity fillings by Perfect Teeth off of Speer…. Dr. Phan quoted 2. Recently I went to get a new retainer requesting to get top and bottom. She asked a few questions and advised to only get one. She’s extremely trustworthy and does not just think about earning commissions. Her entire staff is all so so kind. I refuse to go to another dentist. They’re A+++

Unfortunately, this is not a reliable or consistent practice. While my first experience went as expected, my second visit will be my last. The cleaning and overall experience was extremely messy and careless. I have been going to the dentist religiously (twice a year since I had teeth) and there were many standard practices that were missed or performed sloppily. 1) Most importantly, the dentist did not come to examine me. 2) My gums were not examined whatsoever before the cleaning began. 3) The plaque scraping (cleaning) was extremely minimal and I can still feel plaque in certain areas 4) The tooth "polish" was not washed off by the hygienist. Typically this is washed off while the liquid is simultaneously absorbed. I was instead told to gargle it myself. This left much excess polish and grit in my mouth that I washed out when I got home. 5) There was zero patient/hygienist communication throughout the entirety cleaning. I have no idea if I have any areas of concern, I was not asked if I have anything I'm concerned about, etc. This was a large waste of my time, and I have never experienced such a poor dental visit in my entire dental lifespan. I will be moving practices, but this review serves mainly to inform management of the missteps and lack of training. People come to the dentist for cleanings, but more importantly to get a pulse on their dental health. I got neither of these things during my visit, and this is extremely concerning for new and existing patients with potential causes of concern.

I was pleasantly greeted, they attended to me promptly, little waiting, they addressed all my concerns thoroughly, they went through my x-ray with me. They gave me numerous treatment options and explained the pros and cons of each treatment plan. I was very pleased with the attention and thoroughness of the exam. I would definitely recommend Central Park Modern Dentistry.

I got a root canal and crown, and honestly it was the most pain-free relaxing time I have had in years, between work, the kids, wife, and life.

Lost a filling - they got me in right away. Dr. Pham was friendly and speedy. I was on my way all fixed up in less than an hour.

Always convenient and nice, one of the best providers in the network for sure.

Friendly, efficient and able to get me in quick for a filling that came off...replaced it easily and without anesthesia since it was on the vertical edge/facial side of my tooth near the gum line. Thank you Dr. Phan!!

Nice place, they seem knowledgeable, but the hygienist only cleaned my teeth for about 15 minutes. I felt like my teeth weren’t thoroughly cleaned after my last visit.

Actually have a fairly decent fear of the dentist, they understood and alleviated those fears. Went in for an extraction and found out another tooth was in really bad shape as well. They helped me remedy the situation and gave me advice and instruction to help the healing. I highly recommend.

The dental hygienists are amazing. But I’ve been a patient here for almost four years and this Fall they cancelled appointments on me 3 separate times and another time they called asking me to come in earlier so that staff didn’t have to have an hour long gap between appointments at the end of the day. I’m a healthcare worker with an extremely inflexible schedule so having to constantly ask for time off only for them to cancel on me and ask for a new PTO request has been difficult. Plus I was trying to get fitted for my mouth guard so getting a good fitting mouth guard took nearly 5 months because of their constant cancellations. I’ve moved and it took almost a month and multiple emails and phone calls to get my records sent over to the new clinic. Maribelle is incredibly rude with very little care or concern for the patient. She hung up on me when I forwarded the email thread to her on the phone regarding my medical records (I sent 4 emails in 3.5 weeks followed by a phone call today). I think this is the first time I’ve ever posted a negative review for any company on Google but as a healthcare worker myself who works directly with patients, their frequency of cancellations combined with inflexibility when they make me reschedule along with the difficulty of getting access to my own medical records is just not good healthcare practices. Sorry to provide a negative review as it’s not in my nature but it’s just bad healthcare. I’m genuinely relieved to go somewhere else.

Friendly staff. Dr. Phan was kind and provided necessary details for any needed treatments. I also appreciate the effort to be more planet friendly with re-usable patient intake form to decrease paper waste!
