Far and away the best dental office I've visited! The staff are friendly and thorough, and the office is modern and clean.

I love this dentist, and this is coming from some that has avoided the dentist for too long. I moved here a few months ago and an emergency situation arose that required me seeking a dentist. I'm so glad I chose this place. They are incredibly caring, walking me through and checking as we have gone along. I needed a referral for dental surgery and that place was amazing as well. Thank you all for getting my dental health back on track!

We are leaving this practice. Hubby had devices made for him to wear while he is in process of two front teeth removal and waiting for healing to have implants. They did not fit, he went back to have them adjusted and was asked where he had them made...really, they made them and could not believe how poorly they fit. Then they hacked on them stuck them back in his mouth and sent him on his way. The oral surgeon/periodontist is referring him to another practice to see if the fit can be resolved. Then in my case, insurance is being billed for extra periodontal cleaning that was not discussed , or mentioned to me. Funny thing is every time I went for a cleaning I was told what a great job I was doing with my own at home cleaning & maintenance! This is the second year in a row that I have paid out of pocket, extra for cleaning & exams that should have been covered. This practice's answer was "oh this is extra not covered by your plan". Never discussed with me!!! Upon checking with my insurance rep she stated that improper coding happens a lot and then the claims get denied.

We have been using The Dentists on Pearl for 6 years. They are all like family. The quality of care is excellent and the entire staff goes out of their way to make the experience a positive one, even if there is some painful work to be done!

The professional care at D.O.P. and attention to dental procedures ranks highly, which does not include their mistakes, at least as pertains to faulty dental appliances. When it comes to their office staff, methods of treating patients the practice fails completely. Their spare office is admittedly chic, part of trendy South Pearl Street - with its restaurants, upscale studios, and all, but their respect and deference to paying patients is definitely not their main focus. It is a shame with such meticulous professional care more consideration is not paid to those patients that keep them in their comfortable quarters.

Amy is the most delightful person who's ever stuck her hands in my mouth. If I could I'd come in for a weekly cleaning. No one really looks forward to dental appointments. When I am scheduled to come in though, I have the comfort of knowing what a warm and experienced crew I'll be greeted by. Dentists on Pearl is my dental office for life.

I was in the market for a new dentist and was recommended The Dentists on Pearl by a friend - I am THRILLED with my choice! Each and every staff member I have interacted with has been kind, thoughtful and helpful. The location is easy to get to, and the interior of the building is calming and accommodating - especially during the Covid pandemic! I've felt safe and supported throughout the duration of my visits. I also really value their communication styles - texting details on appointments/updates is a great way to stay on top of oral care needs. I was most impressed with the transparency in regards to my Invisalign treatment - its cost friendly and I feel very supported going into this orthodontic treatment with The Dentists on Pearl! Highly highly recommend if you're looking for honest and hardworking dentists!

I have been coming here for almost 8 years and can not recommend them enough! Everyone that I have ever come in contact with here have been incredibly nice, thoughtful, knowledgeable, caring and respectful. Ignore the one star reviews as they are all insurance related and it’s no fault of Dentists on Pearl if people are unaware of their own insurances “dos and don’ts”. They take care of their clients and do not try to “sell” or “rip you off”. Ludicrous. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

I cannot speak highly enough about everyone I have come into contact with at this office-especially Liz and Megan! They are so nice and genuinely care about what’s going on in your life. They are also not pushy AT ALL and have even gone above and beyond working with my insurance company when they were being very difficult. I have had 4 visits with them in recent years and will not be using anyone else any time soon.

I had a scheduled cleaning today. I wish I had gotten the name of my hygienist because she was wonderful, professional, and friendly. Even with all of the COVID-19 restrictions Dentists on Pearl had the entire visit and experience organized perfectly. Separate entrance/exits, sanitizer everywhere, exact timing of appointments and movement throughout the office just to name a few. They are a great example of how a business can adapt quickly and efficiently during a crisis to provide a fantastic service. Five stars isn't enough.

I have been afraid of the dentist my entire life (after a bad experience as a child). Every member of the staff at your office has been wonderful to me throughout the years and, while I might not necessarily enjoy going, I no longer experience terrible anxiety for just a simple teeth cleaning. I can't thank you all enough!

I've been a patient at Dentists on Pearl for a number of years and couldn't be happier with my care in all regards. This is an extremely well run, professional practice with excellent and engaged professionals at every level. The clinical staff utilizes state of the art technology while maintaining a conservative approach to treatment recommendations. I feel quite fortunate to have them as a resource.

Takes 6 months to get an appointment. Staff just tries to sell you on medical problems you don’t have. Spends all their money on renovations instead of hiring more staff!

The team here takes care of our whole family of 5. They do an excellent job, even with my daughter who “hates” having her teeth touched.

Worst costumer service ever! Jen is definitely not a people person. She needs to learn some people skills. tssk tssk! Edit: their staff is very friendly now. Of course this happened when I moved. Hopefully the people are treated well.
