I really lucked out when this office opened within walking distance of my house. The foundations of a good dentist office are all there. Friendly staff? Check. Up-to-date technology and methods? Check. Thorough explanation of methods and recommendations? Check. It's also important to mention the secondary highlights that are just plain enjoyable. In addition to the free water and shwag before and after treatment, you can watch TV while you get your teeth cleaned. It's literally on the ceiling. It's also impressive and charming when the staff remembers your name and your life events since the last time you visited. Would highly recommend, M .

Getting charged a cancellation fee for cancelling due to snow is ridiculous. If you have a car that doesn't do well in the snow, don't make an appointment in the winter. Edit: Being transparent about your policy does not give ne authority to make Denver plow roads

This office is efficient and professional. I was able to get in for an appointment for a painful tooth within 4 days as a first time client. Scheduled for procedure in the next 2 days after the consultation. Dr. Burson was direct and clear about what would happen next. I left knowing exactly what to expect. Thanks for taking great care of me! Update: Every visit since the first has been fantastic. Can’t thank this team enough for going above and beyond and staying late for a last minute cosmetic fix. You all are wonderful and make visits to the dentist a delight.

Staff was so kind and professional. There was a technical difficulty with one of the machines, so I had to come back a couple days later (not a big deal), but they gave me a Starbucks gift card to make up for it. These guys are great. They have been my dentist for a while, but a few days I chipped a tooth right before I had to fly out of town for work. They were able to get me in for repair same day. They are flexible, communicative, and friendly. Furthermore, they do everything they can to make the actual visit comfortable. Little things like neck pillows and netflix etc. Highly recommend these folks.

I have never rated a dentist before, but I had to after my visit today. The office is immaculately clean, they use advanced tools and techniques, the staff is patient and friendly, and I loved that I could lay back and watch Netflix while they did their cleaning work. I've been to 3 or 4 dentists and this is my favorite by far. I will be back!

First off, I have a few reasons I stopped going to the dentist back in late 2020. I felt that he was a little gruff and pushy when it came to certain things and I did not feel comfortable with his demeanor. I then explained to him a few times that the tooth on the right side was bugging me and he poked around for a few seconds and said it looked fine. I came in another time for a different procedure and he was out of town so he had a substitute dentist. I had her check the same tooth (this is months later mind you when the tooth had a chance to decay even more) and she did a few more x-rays and found out that I needed to get what is called a porcelain inlay. $600 out of pocket later (The full procedure was over a grand) My tooth was finally fixed, but I always wonder had he actually listened to me when I first told him about it if the tooth could have been saved without using the porcelain inlay.Moving on, I started getting texts late last year from them stating that I had a balance. At first I thought it was spam because I hadn't heard from them in so long after finding a new dentist who I really like. They said I owed $133 for a balance, which is odd because the last time I was there in 2020 I actually had a positive balance after they explained that I overpaid for something that Delta dental had overestimated. I told him I did not want to pay $133 for something that I had no idea what I was being charged for. Not once did I receive anything in the mail explaining in detail why I have this balance or even which procedure the balance was left over from. A few weeks ago, I received an envelope from a debt collector saying that they sold my debt and I now owe $169 for that same debt which will be gaining interest through this supposed debt collection company that they sold my debt to. Never have I been so disgusted and upset by the way this was handled. I reached out to them by phone and found they do not have a voicemail which is weird, so I tried sending an email t

Straight up scam. Took $1k up front for a set of lower partials, only to move the goal post time after time for two years. Was told they had them made up and in the office, now being told they actually never even made them. Told by the dentist (after be tried to make me say everything was my fault and get me to do more X-rays and a deep cleaning) that I could get my money back, only to get to the front desk and have the secretary immediately say that I was "threatening her" because I was higher up than her...I was standing and she's sitting at a desk... So she then threatened to call the cops.. All over getting back the money was taken two years ago. 0/0 would not recommend to anyone unless your thing is having to schedule appointments 6 months out

I’ve been going to this place for 5 years or so. Dr. Burson and the staff are personable and competent. You can watch TV while your dental work is being done, which is wonderful to take your mind off it. However, I called today to schedule a teeth cleaning (which I receive for free twice per year with my yearly plan) and was told that the next availability was May 2023. That’s 6 months from now. This is unacceptable when I’m supposed to be able to get 2 free teeth cleanings per year. Please, fix this problem Dr. Burson because you run an excellent practice otherwise.
