Summer 2022 I needed a crown fixed / replaced. Couldn't get in to my regular dentist any time soon. These guys got me in the next day. Office gal very helpful, dentist very professional. Cost was about what it should have been - I think they may have helped me out just a bit on that. Strong recommendation.

Dental Associates of the Southwest are an OUTSTANDING group, and I cannot express enough my appreciation for their top notch patient care. I have been a patient in both offices over the past 5+ years, and have been a patient of both Dr. Heinicke and Dr. Cofman. Having an extensive dental history, I can only commend them and all staff members for their professionalism, high quality care (and humor when needed). The value of a good dentist goes unnoticed until a tooth brings you to your knees. I am one of those people terrified of dentist. I have had some bad experiences with other dentist. But Dr Holland has restored my faith. From the first phone call to Erin where I requested an emergency appointment and they got me in right away to Jaunell making me feel so comfortable. I can honestly say this was a pleasant experience. Dr Holland is an expert skilled dentist with the bedside manner of a saint. Within 10 minutes of arriving at the office, Dr Holland got me out of pain. With his skilled hands, he easily and comfortably handled my emergency issue and sent me home with a smile. I love this dentist office. The entire staff are angels. I am going to stop brushing my teeth just so I have a legit reason to visit them more often. Thanks guys!

I’ve only been at the office under 3 years and they’ve gone through 3 office managers and still each front desk person you speak to will give you a different answer. So much I am unhappy about with this office. The worst is that the dentist suggested veneers to help with jaw issues I was having, it wasn’t cheap and now my jaw is worse than ever and I am stuck with these and in pain daily. ** Update 7/14/21. Thankfully after my post the dentist reached out and we were able to work together to make the necessary improvements I needed to be comfortable. Communication is so important and I am hopeful moving forward that this was a lesson to all parties.

I hate the dentist. I get sweaty palms just going in for a cleaning. But from the hygienist cleaning to the double crown the staff was awesome. The front desk staff was great from check in and check out. Definitely makes going to dentist easier.

After struggling with a painful impacted wisdom tooth for days and not receiving a response from multiple other offices, I reached out to Dental Associates of the Southwest. The front desk staff was able to squeeze me in with short notice and they were able to perform the extraction same day. The procedure was easy and 100% painless. Thank you so much for your services. I can’t recommend this office enough!

Great group of people. Dr. Holland is diligent and gives thorough explanations. His work has been high quality lasting longer than any other dentist I've had.

Really disappointed in our most recent visit. The care was fine but the front office should have told us our new dental insurance was not covered buy their office before the procedure and not after the procedure since they had my dental insurance card before the procedure. I could have paid cash at a lower cost for two routine cleanings somewhere else.

Very professional. I would highly recommend them. I was surprised that it was pretty easy to make an appointment.

For many years I have spent a couple of months in Durango during the summer to escape the Texas heat. During my recent stay, I had a crown detach. It was late in the afternoon, just before the office closed, but they gave me an appointment for early the next business day. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment, filled out some forms, and was called in promptly at my appointment time. Dr. Heinicke and his assistant (Kathy? sorry, I am bad remembering names) were friendly and professional. They cleaned and prepped my crown and the tooth base and had me out in less than 30 minutes. I don't have insurance, and the cost was very reasonable. It is good to know I have a dental professional I can trust in the event of a future dental event when I am here in Durango. Thanks again!

I have been going to Dr Heinicke and hygienist Patty for many years. The office is run smoothly and efficiently and the care is excellent.

Recently moved back to CO and got Dr. Cofman's name and a terrific referral from my brother-in-law who's a dentist. Terrific practice, very nice staff and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cofman - very gentle, thorough and extremely capable.

I recently had a cleaning with Toni M. and she did an incredible job of cleaning my teeth and educating me on my dental issues. Dr. Wenburg completed a thorough exam and, in my follow up for a filling, did a great job addressing my dental anxiety. I barely felt the injection and he did a nice job of explaining the procedure as he performed it. Cathy, the assistant, also did a fantastic job ensuring my comfort during the process.
