Trust me, since I was a child, I have never liked going to the dentist, so this is saying alot. Dr. Shelly DDS is awesome. Super skilled and great to visit. Eagle River Dentistry is a peaceful office, classic music in the background, interrupted with the softened laughter of the dental staff. The people are great here. Positive, yet serious about their work. I believe in painless dentistry, and Dr. Shelly and her team are so gentle and precise with my teeth. She helped as my emergency dentist, when my front tooth was knocked out. I've visited a few different dentists in the Vail Valley, and some have massive fingers, others seem to use a crowbar and a finger in your eye when you go to them, I'd recommend Dr. Shelly to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This Dentist is totally a scam!!!!!! I got my tooth fix just after I got a car accident and my friend's insurance should cover all the dental expenses. The Eagle Dentistry told me that they couldn't get a hold of the insurance so they asking my friend's insurance information and my dental insurance information. At the end they asked to pay full amount of charge in addition of they'll refunded if any of the insurance will cover it. A week after, I get a statement from my dental insurance saying that they already cover my dental expenses so I tried to call the Eagle Dentistry to clarify. The front office girl was really rude to me and try to deny any of insurances coverage until I showed her the proof of my insurance bill. Apparently the Eagle Dentistry charged double amount to my friend's insurance and my insurance and refused to give me reimbursement. WARNING....don't ever go to this dentistry, I wasn't happy with the result of the work and they'll scam you with billing.
