Came in for a small chip on one incisor. Dr. Clifton wanted to add a lot of material that would be costly and require anesthesic. I mentioned I would rather it just be smoothed. He was curt and began working right away. He ground up a large chunk of tooth, much more than I knew he would. He also began, without permission or even informing me, to grind large amounts of my lower incisors. I went in with a little chip and no pain. I left with multiple teeth I can't bite with because they hurt so bad. My teeth look bad and uneven. Thank God they gave me a decent discount so I can hopefully afford to repair the massive damage he did. Other than the dentist the rest of the staff I met was very nice and patient.

This is by far the best Dental office I've been to. Friendly clean atmosphere. Dr. Clifton very through and quick had some wisdom teeth pulled. Had no pain the next day he's great! I'd highly recommend this office for a beautiful healthy SMILE 😃

While vacationing on the mainland from Hawai’i, I had the misfortune of damaging my crown. After calling several dental offices who couldn’t accommodate me, I was thrilled to find Bright Smiles in Grand Junction. From the very first phone call, the staff was very professional and went out of their way to work me into their busy schedule. When I arrived, I promptly received the dental treatment I needed and everyone was so kind. Kudos to Dr. Clifton and all the staff! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I fully trust Dr. Clifton and his staff. His hygienist gives me the most thorough cleanings I've ever had, and she's super gentle. They recently fitted me for an occlusion guard because I have TMJ syndrome from grinding my teeth. I've gotten so used to chronic jaw pain that I had no idea how much better I could feel. After getting the occlusion guard, I noticed improvement right away. My jaw doesn't ache any more! Dr. Clifton is very honest and takes time to explain treatment and answer questions.
