The more they work on ur teeth the more problems you will have. Thanks to them they did fillings and now I can't eat without being in discomfort. Also the lady with the Glasses and green hair has a horrible attitude problem. Update new front desk lady is a bïtçh 0/5

Well if you want horribly flitting dentures that are probably going to be crooked and uncomfortable looking all kinds of bad, while being told that stuff dosent matter as long as the bite is good it wasent good theese people are straight crooks . Charged medicaid even though they werent right an now stuck with them for seven years. NO, i have to pay a real dentist for a non painfull straight and propper fitting set of dentures.i have ton more horror stories that i have endured going through theese people its no joke this is your life they are playing with and they straight dont care. Good luck if you gotta go here for dentures.

Horrible horrible business and "professionals" boyfriend- 1st visit forgot x ray 2nd visit didn't do one freakin thing 3rd almost visit one week before his scheduled 3rd visit they had to reschedule him out 2 months after we already waited 2 months for this 3rd visit cause the dentist was going to be gone...... I won't even finish with my experience..... Wont go back.

I originally liked my dentist, but if you have insurance, I would highly recommend you find somewhere else. The dentist declined to see me for a cleaning because I owed money. I had paid in full everything I owed, but they didn't bill my insurance company for the remainder. After six months, and numerous phone calls between my insurance company and the dental office (with rotating billing personnel and now, suddenly a third party whom I am not allowed to contact), this issue is still not resolved. To top everything off, I find I overpaid what I owe, but can't get a refund because the dentist is out of the office until next week. I am still waiting for the $1,000 dollars I paid over and above what insurance covered. Why must the dentist be present to hand over a check which is the responsibility of a third party, which I doubt even exists since this is the first time in six months it has ever been mentioned to me and has never been brought up to my insurance carrier? I suggest that anyone with a similar experience Please contact the Better Business Bureau. I consider what they have done to me as fraud. Also contact the Attorney General with your concerns. I will continue to add to this saga every single day until this issue is resolved...First, I did file a complaint with the Attorney general's office...it was very easy to do. I then received a message from the so-called owner of Comfort Dental and I attempted to contact her with the information given, and guess what! There is no such address. And for all you have complained about Hollings...whatever his name is, I had my first encounter with him today, over the phone, and was told that I am an ignorant low life, uneducated female...now would he be able to deduce that just talking to me on the phone for one minute? And yes, I do have a college degree with a lot of background in legal offices and many attorney friends.

The doctor and staff were both unprofessional and had poor communication. Doctor was condescending. Staff answered the phone by saying “hello, who is this?” I thought I had the wrong number and I had to ask who they were. Cleaning was not good, just used polish to clean my teeth. I would not recommend this place unless it was the very last option. The comfort dental on North had a better doctor and they did a better job with the dental cleaning.

I love this dentist and I hate dentist appointments but dr.hollingshead and all of his staff are great..dr.hollingshead tells me what he is doing before he does it he explains in detail what needs to be done...he does not try to do teeth work does not need to be done...he is very professional and friendly

Total lack of professionalism and communication. I arrived on time for my appointment filled out the paperwork in 5 minutes and waited 30 minutes to be told the Dentist would be more than an hour late to see me so I had essentially come in for nothing wasting my lunch hour as that was the only time I could see them. The worst part was they did not care I was in severe pain and had dropped everything to come in to be seen because I could barely eat or chew. There was zero empathy or accountability. Instead they had the nerve to blame me saying I took too long to fill out paperwork which was compeltely untrue. If I hadn't asked the tech when the doctor would be in to see me??... I would have sat there for over an hour for nothing since I had to return to work ASAP. I have never had such a bad experience at a Dental practice. Don't waste your time or money going to this Comfort Dental the only comforting thing about them was leaving as soon as possible because of being treated horribly.

Don’t go here. They wrecked my partners mouth. Other dentists can’t believe how poorly his fillings were done. This is like some awful old timey dentist office nightmare

This is the worst dentist office I've ever been to my entire life. Every time I've been into the dentist office I've watched them talk badly badly about their customers to the point where you can hear them in the lobby. They also mess up on the scheduling all the time and then blame it on their customers and are very rude about it. They think it's funny Their doctors don't care or nor does their corporate office. I would take my Business elsewhere if you are thinking about using this dentist office.

Very clean and professional. I had put off getting new dentures for years. Past experiences at other local dentists had me uneasy, finally after not smiling or being able to chew my food for years. From the start everyone made me feel welcome. They also talked me thru the whole process. THANK YOU DR. CHISHOLM AND STAFF I am smiling and am enjoying food once more.

the worst dentist ive ever been to in my life, they messed up my teeth, went back to have them fix it only to make it worse, and now i will never go back to a comfort dental - total scam - their assistant does most the work without the dentist - i should be looking into a attorney to sue them

I lived in Las Vegas for 26 years of my life and with going to the dentist in Vegas, I was always scared. First time in my life walking out of a dentist not scared to come back. First visit at Comfort Dental, Josh my dentist and Nicole one of his assistants were absolutely amazing! Incredibly nice, made me feel welcome and all around one of the greatest atmospheres I have ever been in! The whole staff was incredibly nice! I highly recommend Comfort Dental GJ West. They made my appointment smooth and is going to help me with something I’ve been trying to do for 10 years. Thank you all so much!

Comfort dental is a safe place to go, they practice social distancing & wear masks...I really like how they operate, & I feel that they care about me!
