Parkway Dental

I arrived to my appointment on time and had to wait over 2 hours past my appointment time to see the doctor. I drove in from out of town and needed to be back to work this afternoon. I will have to cancel my appointment with a patient which will cost me 200 dollars and possibly loose this patient due to this doctors lack of time management and respect of other peoples time.

Had 8 implants install and in November they scheduled me for Jan 2, 9, 17 and 24th to be fitted for teeth. I arrived for my 10:30 appointment on time and had a xray. Then went to exam room where I waited for over a hour and a half. After he got done doing the scan he said they would have to reschedule my appointments. The girl came in and said they had to order parts because I was not a normal client. Nothing done today changed what was going to be done. I had arranged my work schedule for the month and made hotel reservations. And they have to change all this. Very unprofessional. I worry about going back. Dont know how much it will cost to go to a good dentist to finish what they started. Watch out for them!!!

I just want to thank Parkway Dental for giving me my smile back. I am very grateful. The staff are amazing and do everything to make you comfortable.

The practice is reasonably priced. The staff and Dr. Hanson are pleasant. I had been quite pleased with the dentistry up till my last procedure. An implant he placed broke. He removed the broken implant and repaired the bone to place a new one. Three attempts later to get it replaced I gave up. First they said they didn't have a part. Second time I had to have a small infection taken care of. The third time they said there was not enough bone to place a new implant. All three times I never saw the Dentist. He could have told me that a year ago. It's like they were looking for an excuse not to fix it. Wont be going back.

I stuck it out with Parkway dental because they started a procedure and I figured it be best to finish, but this is the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to several because I’ve moved a lot. He has absolutely no bedside manner and no communication whatsoever he literally got up and left after each procedure without explaining anything to me and doesn’t even say he’s finished. He didn’t even do what he needed to do in my mouth but had the poor dental tech try to explain it to me and she had no idea what to explain. He left me in excruciating pain but didn’t tell me what to do or how to move forward to solve the problem. And this has happened on every single occasion. The lack of communication is unreal when you’re dealing with patients who have no idea what to expect or what is going on because we aren’t familiar with the field. The ladies in there are really doing all the work. I will tell everybody I know and make it loud and clear to avoid this place.

Dentist does no work himself. Dentures, crowns,adjustments even diagnosis is done by 20yr old assistants and they aren't very good. Multiple failed procedures at my expense.

I have biggest fear going to the dentist. I'm 60 years old in weren't so gentle and I have anxiety any time I. This team were amazing. Sure I was well numb before giving me the shots. It was my first time not feeling shots in ever, !!! The piece was I have never had a dentist pully my teeth as Bentley as dentist did. My whole pursedure a five star.

Love these guys! Had all my teeth removed and they took great care of me.

I have a very sensitive gag reflex, and they are very understanding and have never made me feel embarrassed over this issue. They are wonderful!

I have always longed for a pretty smile but even with good insurance, regular dental care was way too expensive. A co-worker recommended Parkway Dental and I am so happy that I went! I had full implants done that were a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere. Clemont did a beautiful job & answering my questions. The girls in the office are so friendly and eased my nervousness. I rarely saw the dentist, though. That was a bit disappointing .
