I took time off to have my teeth cleaned and they could even show up for my appointment the hygienist called in late I was told

Can I leave 0 stars?! I’m here to warn everyone of Daniel McNight dds here. It is my belief that this man ruined my so’s mouth on purpose so that he would have to return and that Daniel McNight could make a financial gain. He went in for a crown, and Daniel McNight drilled his front two teeth. He then broke another tooth while putting the crown on. My So went in with very little tooth problems and came out needing ALOT of work done. I believe that when Daniel McNight found out what insurance we had, he attempted to commit insurance fraud and used my SO, to do so. We did not go back. We did go to another dentist where they did acknowledge that there was no reason to drill the two teeth that were drilled and that it was odd the other tooth broke by the crowned tooth because it was in good condition otherwise. This man and this business need to be internally investigated.

Fantastic! Brooke was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable hygienist and made the whole experience comfortable. Dr. McKnight is Phenomenonal!! 100% YES DENTAL!!

The receptionist need Sensitivity and bedside manner training they over talk patients very unprofessional! Front desk staff!!!! Telling me that I am wrong 😑, dentist are great! Just front desk needs some training!

No one was masking, not even the receptionist, or dental technicians. There was, however, a little girl with her grandparents who was coughing and they were leaving tissues around. If you or someone you love is vulnerable, or has pre-existing health conditions, don't go there right now.

Just had a crown done today. Last night a chunk of my tooth came off. I called this morning. I was a new patient & they got me in right away! Dr. Paul was quick, knowledgeable & super nice.Chante,Jenny & Emily were all very nice & professional & thorough. I am grateful to have found a good dentist!

I've been going to Yes Dental for years and it just keeps getting better. The staff is so friendly and caring and go above and beyond to meet the needs of their patients. Shilo, their prosthodontist, is amazing from taking the time to listen and giving you exactly what you need and want I highly recommend her for any of your denture care.

Unimpressed by the first impression given by the dental assistant upon arrival. Yes we were late by 8 mins Patient was in pain and traffic slowed us down. She didn't say hello or great us with her name (no name tag) just quickly informed us that we needed to make sure to make our appointments on time!! Very snappy and rude. I can think of a million ways I would of approached someone that was clearly in pain and a few minutes behind. I know your time is of value and so is ours.

I have been going to yes dental for a few hey, after I decided I needed dental implants. Not able to get them done right away and getting infection in my permanent teeth Dr. Paul says he can't give me antibiotics because I made a care plan with someone else, which I didn't I just had consults with different dentist who do implants looking for a less expensive plan. So thanks for not helping me. Yes dental it's more like NO dental.

I am one of those ppl who doesn't go to the dentist unless it is an emergency - bad, I know! It was one of those emergencies that brought me to Yes Dental and I am so thankful! From the staff and x-rays, to cleanings, fillings and a crown - this was the most wonderful experience at a dentist that I have ever had! They truly have restored my faith in dentistry - I highly recommend!!!

Nothing like getting to your appointment and the receptionist is just on her phone, doesn’t greet you just shouts out “what’s your name?”. Some of these people aren’t friendly at all. Even the assistant is cranky.

I have gone to Yes Dental for years and have always seen Dr McKnight. I have been having tooth pain for over a year, and have gone in multiple times to be examined by him and him saying there is nothing wrong. Well I had a cleaning and exam done by the other dentist that works there and he discovered 8 cavities! He asked “When is the last time you’ve had a dental exam” ... I told him less then 6 months ago.. he said those cavities have been there for a WHILE. I personally think McKnight was just to lazy and didn’t want to do anything about my problems. Now they are bigger problems! Definitely switching to a new dentist! Save yourself the trouble and DONT see Dr.McKnight.

I'm 29 years old and have been to many dentists, but this one is the first I've been to in a long time where the staff genuinely cared about my problem and worked with me quickly and confidently to resolve it. If I receive the same care during my next appointment this will be my go to dentist as long as I'm in Grand Junction.

Went here for years now and get my teath cleaned every 6 months love th staff.

I Had a root canal done today. I was very nervous in the beginning for I've had bad experiences in past with other dentists. Dr McKnight and crew were very comforting and reassuring. Hour and half later it was done and i was ready to go with no pain or stress. Highly recommend.

Dr. McKnight's level of care has dropped exponentially over the years. My last appointment with him was awful, he was overly forceful with a treatment I couldn't afford and was subsequently vigorous removing teeth and cracked another. My family and friends left this practice already, and I'm gone now too.

It says that they open up 8:00 a.m. have been trying to call since 802 they have not turn the phone on yet it says I'm still calling after hours I work 5 12 hour overnight Shifts and I'm trying to get a consultation my wife has gone there but the phone is still turned off what is going on with that

Unworthy people and bad service and experience! Recommend gng somewhere else! Trust me!
