Over heard a woman letting reception know she'll be 20 min late. She was told she'd have to reschedule. The frustration is the fact my appointment along with everyone else was already 35 min behind. This was the third time our appointments have ran seriously behind. The fact that we are held to a stringent "if you are 15 or more late you will be rescheduled" is ridiculous when they are consistently behind.

Dr .Whitney is truly wonderful and went out of his way to squeeze me into his Saturday schedule for tooth that was killing me. I'm a regular at his brush office but wanted to leave a positive review here as he helped me in a time when I was in severe pain! Luz was the assistant and she was very polite and helpful to explain what was going to happen.

I have traveled from many miles several times to see Dr. Whitney, and he has been super accommodating to work with my schedule as well as his staff when they could have been home with their families or friends. I would travel there many more times, and have been back because of the lack of trust from other dentists that I have met who will say things and make things appear in order to get more business. It really irritates me when people go out of their way to tarnish a person's integrity because they may not have followed specific instructions upon having dental work or other work completed. I had very major work completed as I had neglected my teeth for too long as a tow truck operator, and had to have several teeth removed to have a bridge installed; but, I followed instructions exactly as directed including many that people neglect like drinking through a straw which always leads to problems and can not be blamed on the dentist for us thinking we know better. This world would be a much better place if there were more people like Dr. Whitney and his staff who are always looking out for others, as opposed to the people who only look out for themselves and what they can gain in monetary and fame with no thought or concern for others.
