The entire Windermere staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have had some severe anxiety that has prevented me from keeping up with regular dental work, but Christina, Dr. Kissinger and D were all so kind and supportive and really took care of me and walked me through every step of their process. So thankful I found them!

I was born with some preexisting mouth issues and life has not been kind to me dentally, so I’ve seen many many MANY dental professionals over the years… and I’m incredibly impressed with Windermere Family Dentistry. Found them when searching for a dentist strong on Perio in my new neighborhood. My hygienist Olga had a nice light touch with the cleaning tools and made the time pass as pleasantly as time in a dental chair can pass with conversation. She took the time to educate me about specific things to pay more attention to when brushing and flossing but it didn’t feel like a scold in any way, just helpful. She let me wear the weighted blanket/lead x-ray blanket all thru the cleaning because why not! And she honored my chosen name which is different than my legal one! Dr Kissinger (I think?) had obviously thoroughly reviewed my records from previous dentists/periodontists before meeting with me after the cleaning, and spent way more time than most doctors giving me realistic and well thought out suggested next steps on something I haven’t wanted to even think about since a dental trauma arose years ago, and I came away feeling much less fearful about addressing it than I ever have. The front desk staff Candy took time to explain how their billing works and what to expect, since they use third party billing and it’s not always a smooth ride. Also what’s not to love about a dental receptionist named Candy 😂 I look forward to becoming a regular patient here! They really don’t make you feel like you’re on an assembly line to be rushed out the door and billed.

I usually leave the dentist in pain from a simple cleaning. Olga listened to my struggles with sensory issues and worked with me in a way no one ever has. She cared like no other hygienist ever has and I truly appreciate it. Dr. Kissinger listened to my concerns and worked with me to find a solution to both of our needs and help me going forward. Highly recommend!

I was a patient at this practice before the transition to the current team. It was great before and is even better now! Dr. Claire, Dr. S., my hygienist Kristina, and the administrative staff deliver the best dental service I have had. I always look forward to a visit.

First timer at this office, and I have to say, this is the holy grail of dental offices. Upon walking in, the music, the energy of the sweet and witty gals up front, the ambiance…I knew I’d come to the right spot. Lyvia was my hygienist, and if I didn’t know any better, I would’ve assumed she was a dentist too! She was remarkably thorough- we went over my notes in my new patient file, line by line, and I felt so cared for. They really go above and beyond here, based upon my previous experiences with dental visits. Lyvia gave me a phenomenal cleaning, provided excellent suggestions for at home care, and overall was so gentle but effective with my cleaning. Dr. S came in and was super down to earth, and equally as thorough with my check up. This was such a positive and enjoyable experience (I’m also one of those weird people that really enjoy the dentist), but I could imagine for anyone anxious about it, the minute they walk in the door, their concerns would be put at ease. Shout out to the sassy gals up front- you had me rolling after my walk of shame!

Windermere Family Dentistry has the friendliest staff! From the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out each and every person you encounter makes it a point to greet you and put you at ease. By far the best dental experience(s) I’ve EVER had in my 40+ years!! I am a client for life!

Fabulous experience! Kristina was incredibly informative and talked me through everything. My childcare also fell through the day of my visit, and Candy, up front, hung out with my 14 month old while they cleaned my teeth. Above and beyond! Could not have asked for a better experience.

Both Dr Bender and Dr Sengewalt really care about their patients. They work really hard to get to the bottom of dental issues and I would recommend them to anyone.

My first visit to this office was great from start to finish. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. The office looks new and state of the art. My hygienist Kristina was funny and performed my most comfortable cleaning to date. Highly recommend this place for your new dentist.

Love this dentist! First the hygienist really knows her stuff and walked me through the gum health screening as she was doing it. She explained how to understand the results and gave great tips on how to improve my brushing technique in the areas that have room for improvement. I also really trust Dr. Sengewalt. She will not make unnecessary recommendations to do dental work you don’t need but rather cares about doing what is best for you and your teeth. Lastly the front desk took their time to work through a complicated insurance issue on my behalf. Candy was so friendly and sweet and helped resolve the issue so I didn’t have to worry about it. Definitely recommend this practice!

Although I am one of those that don't care to go to the dentist, I found this to be a pleasant professional experience. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone!
