As always everyone at Silver Leaf Dental were great. If all dental offices were as friendly and professional people would just about look forward to going to the dentist ;-)

We were able to schedule timely appointments. Everyone we dealt with carried a high level of professionalism. One child with anxiety and everything was done to ease that! Very happy with our visits.

This dentist is great. They were all so friendly. I got my wisdom teeth removed yesterday, and it was such an easy process. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to Silver Leaf Dental for about four years now. They took me in on an emergency root canal and exorcized four moler teeth. I have been under their care ever since, and I absolutely love them. The staff from start to finish are all friendly and very careful. They take the time to get to know their customers and are always asking questions about your care quality. I hated going to the dentist until my treatment here. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Jessop and his team are wonderful. Thank you!

I always look forward to my visits. The establishment smells wonderful. I am always treated courteously. The staff and Dr Jessop are friendly and caring. My experiences in the past do not resemble this, but definitely reflect the difference. I highly recommend. 😁

Best dentist I have been to. Every person in the office has a great attitude and are attentive my needs! Update, had to go back for a cleaning and to have some more work done. Lynn does such a great job,amazing bedside manner. Could not be happier with all the services provided.

Dr. Jessop has exceeded my expectations with his quality of work every time.

My first appointment here was fine. The hygienist was nice, Dr Jessop was efficient, everything went smoothly. In fact, I was in and out in about half an hour. The first downside was that they won’t schedule a cleaning on the same on day as your first visit. I live an hour away so this isn’t convenient but it’s worth taking time off work and making the drive for good dental care. So I scheduled to come back for a cleaning a week later. Unfortunately, the morning of my appointment I tested positive for Covid. When I called to reschedule I was told that it would be a $65 rescheduling fee, even though there was nothing I could do about it. I selected Silver Leaf Dental because they accept medicaid and put an emphasis on quality care. For me, refusal to accommodate for unforeseen circumstances, preferring I come to my appointment sick rather than cancel, isn’t quality care.

I will never go back to silver leaf dental. I have never in my life been in so much pain, I was giving 5 shots to numb my mouth just to clean my teeth, the person that gave me the shot caused me to almost pass out from the shots. I was physically ill. I have been to a lot of dentist and never had the shots hurt like these did. I wouldn't recommend this place ever.

My family was there today, and the assistants in the back were very loud and inappropriate, making fun of her name very loudly, all the other patients in the waiting room could hear everything. They were also commenting how rude they were being. She said they were also very unprofessional while they helped her and her husband. The girls at the front desk had to keep apologizing on their behalf. Very poor service, I would be very ashamed if I owned this business. I have advised the rest of my family to leave your practice as well. It’s a shame, I felt like we had finally found a dentist we liked. I’m not sure what the assistants names were, but they were definitely old enough to know better. Shame on you.

I called with an emergency and the receptionist was very unaccommodating, good luck getting past bad front end people...

Very professional from admittance to the procedure I had All very friendly and knowledgeable. Am glad I found a great dental office. !!!!!!

Honestly would not recommend anyone to get work done here I fully regret it. Scheduled to get my wisdom teeth out a week before then I started feeling lots of pain on my back from being pregnant so I called 50 hours before my appt to try to cancel I was told they need a lot more notice than that that I need to show up or pay 65$ inside it says you only need to give a notice 48 hours prior. I wasn’t going to pay 65$ So I went in and had the procedure done everything was pretty rough and my tongue got cut up a lot. After the procedure they didn’t explain literally anything to me I had to ask questions with guaze in my mouth and they gave me a little paper that didn’t explain anything to me either. As I was walking out I noticed they didn’t even give me gauze so I was walking out confused and turned back to ask for some it was on a Thursday and they said they would not be open Friday or be able to take any calls until Monday that if I had any problems to go to the emergency room? Like what? They definitely should not be scheduling anyone for wisdom teeth removal on a Thursday! Cause trust me I had alot of question’s luckily a friend of mine had hers removed somewhere in gj and she sent me her papers that explain what to do that was much more helpful. I called Monday morning telling them I had pain over the weekend and threw up alot and that I think I may have dry socket if I could go in real quick and have him check it out. They said they would call me back I never got a call back so I called in the afternoon again and explained it AGAIN and she said that the pain is normal to call my obgyn ? I asked if he could just take a quick look I live 5 min away and she told me he’s booked out all week and isn’t going to be in Wednesday or Thursday. So I guess I’ll just call my obgyn ? Yup horrible experience for sure and I 100% regret even going through with it.

Everyone in this dental office is friendly, and very professional. It was important to me to get my dental care from vaccinated staff, and that was the reason I chose this office. I’m very glad I did.
