Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental & Implants

The last few years have been challenging. They are having issues with scheduling them you can accommodate their needs just to find out that your needs are not their needs. Hope the best for them in the future as I will need to find a more reliable staff as well as an office that provides a win win to both the patients and the office.

I recently had a dental emergency and Dr. Ross and his staff came to the rescue. In a glorious act of clumsiness, I managed to fall off of my kitchen chair and knock most of my front tooth out. The root was totally exposed and it was very painful. I don’t have a regular dentist here, so I just started calling around until I found someone that could get me in. Dr. Ross’s office was the only place I called (out of many) that was willing to take me in, as a new patient, that same day, because they cared about how much pain I was in. I have had some not so good dental experiences in the past and was very nervous about what this “repair” was going to be like. Specifically, I have had trouble with dentists and doctors being able to get me numb and keep me numb. This was the most severe dental work I have had to have in my life and I was terrified. The moment I walked into the office, everyone was so kind and understanding. Dr. Ross calmed me down and explained everything in detail that he was going to do, in order to fix me up. Allesha and Candy were both amazing dental assistants that spent lots of time with me and made sure I was always comfortable and they were able to get me numb and keep me numb during the ENTIRE ordeal. Plus, the music was good and the slideshow that plays while you sit in the dentist chair was fun and interesting, and the best part…The new chomper they all built for me is more beautiful than the one I started with (I mean before the accident)! They are artists! For the scariest dental work I have ever had, this was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Ross and I can’t recommend this office and his staff enough, they are the best!

I had a wonderful experience with Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental. Last Sunday I cracked a tooth and this team was able to get me in the same week to take a look. When they saw how close the nerve was to being exposed they found a way to cap the tooth today to avoid needing a root canal. They were fun, professional and ensured I had a pain-free experience. Wonderful family oriented dental office with amazing Dental Hygienist Cindy…Dr Ross makes me feel at home … I refuse to go anywhere else… like the saying goes.. there’s no place like home !!!!

Doctor Ross is fantastic and all of the ladies in the office are friendly and knowledgeable. You will never be slapped with a shocking bill. They take the time to explain step by step your dental plan. I cannot say enough good about this place!

When I used to go to the dentist, I would be filed with dread and fear. I would be terrified of the upcoming pain and it made going a terrible experience for me, but every since I started going to this dentist I feel more comfortable. I'm no longer afraid because Dr Ross and he staff are legendary, I don't feel pain when they are working on my teeth and they set up a game plan and made it work. I really appreciate how kind they are and the great work they do! 10/10 would recommend!

The staff here are just purely amazing! Soon as I walk in for a check up or surgical apt I'm always greeted by Kelsey and minutes later im taken to the back to get started. The assistants of Dr Ross and himself are outstanding! Ive been happy and satisfied with the work that they do and how well they take care of me. Dr Ross and his team are beyond amazing and wouldn't recommend anyone else BUT them to take care of your dental needs. Rather it's a cleaning or removing a tooth I would highly recommend Dr Ross and his more then amazing team! My experience has been nothing but great times here! It's very friendly and positive! Thank you Dr Ross and your amazing team!

Personally, I followed Dr. Mark and his staff to this office because they are stellar humans and I appreciate the kindness and grace they give to their patients. I have either experienced it myself as a patient, or witnessed it as a bystander at the front desk. Kailee and Sommer are especially helpful! Overall, this is a wonderful and friendly environment for sure! Highly recommended!

Love this place! Dr. Ross is very friendly and kind and Cindy Wilson is a very thorough and gentle hygienist.

I have been going to Heather for years to get my teeth cleaned. She is gentle, yet thorough, and always makes me feel comfortable while in the dental chair. I cant say enough good about Dr. Mark. He is personable and the dental work he's done on me has always been pain free and good quality. Definitely the best dentist I've ever been to!

My boyfriend was in severe pain from an infection that is otherwise known as an abscess. I called many dentists and nobody would even offer any kind of help. The entire right side of his face hurt on down the right side of his neck. This was a Saturday and getting any help was impossible but Dr. Ross called me back and then called in an antibiotic and Tylenol 3. He met us at his office at 8:30 at night and took great care of my boyfriend. Dr. Ross is now my boyfriend's favorite. He will get our business from now on. He deserves it after coming in late at night after nobody else would offer any help. He's the best in our eyes 👀 and we will forever be grateful for his knowledge and help. He's nothing short of a fabulous person and professional dentist. A staff member even came in to help with insurance and we are so grateful to her as well. I gave five stars because he went above and beyond along with his staff member that came in. You just don't see that anymore. Keep up the good work!!

I absolutely love doctor Ross and his staff. I have such a phobia of dentist. My crown broke while I was in Colorado. I'm a traveler so I'm all over the place all the time. This awesome doctor got me in ASAP. Then he work with me to get two more crowns and two fillings fixed and the cleaning. Amazing. As a matter of fact so amazing I'm going back to Colorado next year to visit a friend and have doctor rocks work on my teeth. I was as relaxed as I possibly could be having dental work done

Visted twice and both times the entire staff was incredible. Always made me feel comfortable whatever it took. The doctor I had Dr. Wilson was very nice was gentle with teeth and did a very nice job. Using this as my new dental place. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I really like there new location in Pueblo West on Stardust. The billing is done correctly, and they have a great Hygienist named Heather.

The office is so welcoming and the front staff are wonderful. I always get my cleanings done by Shelby and she does an amazing job. I definitely recommend this place!

People like “Sommer Clement” who work the reception desk at Pueblo West Dental shouldn’t pretend to be clients and write positive reviews! It’s misleading to Pueblo locals and anyone actually looking for a honest, quality dental experience.

I just wanna leave a huge shoutout to PW Neighborhood Dental, especially to Dr. Ross. I have a real bad anxiety of going to Dentists after having a bad experience from previous Dentist, I havent been to one since 2017, he was so nice, kind, understanding and he did his best to make me feel welcomed and cared for, I wanna say Thank you also to his assistant Janelle, nothing but kindness and understanding, I also wanna thank Kelsey on the Front desk for helping out and making sure I was taken care of, there not a lot of place that will make you feel you matter and that you werent just a number. I appreciate y'all for today. A good review is nothing compare to how i felt during my visit.
