Called because I was interested on starting to go there but Vicki the person who answered my call was very rude and not helpful at all

Dr. Burgess is nothing short of an excellent dentist. I was one of his patients for a few years before moving to another area of the state, and I miss Dr. Burgess. He is very gentle and has an approach to dentistry that I wish all dentists have, that "if it doesn't hurt and looks ok, it is worth leaving alone" as opposed to some dentists who act more like salesman trying to sell dental work you may not need. I trust Dr. Burgess and his staff, and I always recommend his office to anyone in the area in need of a primary dentist.

I went per a work colleague's recommendation. Excellent service and they were following COVID guidelines. The hygienist was excellent and took extra time to make sure everything was done correctly. Dr. Burgess was polite, efficient, and answered my questions. I will be back.

I have never been to such a gentle dentist! My concerns are their concerns and they will not push you to get work done that you do not need done! I've never had an office that I left feeling like my teeth were 100% clean until I started going here (my bottom teeth are very crowded and they tend to not get thoroughly cleaned)!

Called to see if I could get in for an emergency appointment for an abscessed tooth. The receptionist Vicky was extremely rude, and said nothing is open until next week. Thanks for nothing!

Dr. Chad Burgess is very gentle in his practice. Another great aspect is the prices are much more affordable for the everyday hard working Joe, but that doesn't mean you will be getting poor treatment at all (This is with me having no dental insurance). I have SEVERE PTSD from dentists, so much so, that I have had a tooth pulled while completely sedated to sleep in the past. Dr. Burgess was very kind and explained to me the different options I had for my infected tooth and referred me to an oral surgeon so I could have my tooth extracted under sleep sedation once again. However, this time it was completely out of reach financially to have a procedure like that done. So, I opted to go with Dr. Burgess to have my tooth removed the traditional way. I asked for the "Laughing Gas" and that helped! The procedure went VERY well. He was very gentle with my mouth and supportive of my fragile mind that was riddled with anxiety. I watched a movie I brought with me on the flat screen TV that is hung above and in front of the dentist chair as distraction. Also, the office staff is VERY supportive and caring. Vicki at the front desk answered my numerous phone calls with patience and understanding and even helped calm my nerves by explaining the procedure and comforting me with knowledge prior to my appointment. I will going back to see him to get all of my future dental work done.
