Great & friendly service.

The staff here are incredible. I have never expected to be HAPPY with a dental visit in my life. From my very first visit for pre-op clearance, it has just been a great experience getting my dentures in place. Dr. Alexa has been warm, caring and very accommodating in this process. She has been straightforward with what was needed, what was possible and best plan to get the necessary results. I just can't give enough praise to her and the entire team.

This has been one of the best dental experiences of my life! I am so happy to have found NORTHEASTERN DENTAL ASSOCIATES because they take such good care and they’re so communicative and friendly and warm. My husband usually hated going to the dentist but not anymore!! The customer attitude here is completely awesome!!!

I’ve been to this dentist office a few times as well as my husband and I have to say everyone here was kind and they all did a good job. We will definitely be back for all our dental care.

Dr. Alexa Crete has been my Dentist for the past two months. She has done excellent work and takes extra time to answer all of my questions before, during and after each procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Alexa Crete and look forward to having her as my Dentist in the years to come.

I can not say enough great things about this office! We have been going here for years and the staff have always been amazing. So friendly and helpful. We have weathered the changes and I will say I am so happy we did. Dr Patten was such an amazing dentist it was very hard to replace him but Dr Alexa Crete is INCREDIBLE!! My son had to have some cavities filled and was very anxious but she and Justine made the experience so great! Very gentle and kind. She has a passion and love for her patients that really shows.

Northeastern Dental was the only dentist that was willing to take me in as a new patient to fix a chipped tooth immediately. Everyone was incredibly kind and it was a very easy-going experience in an extremely stressful time. I am so thankful that they were there when no one else was!

I am so glad that I found the Northeastern Dental Office because I had a most exceptional experience. Usually, for me, going to the dentist always brings upon a dreadful feeling, and I am always afraid to go based from a previously horrible experience. However, I didn’t feel that way working with this office. The whole experience from making the appointment to after the extraction was a delight. Getting dental work done is not fun, but when you feel comfortable and have people that truly care it is a completely different experience. When I first made an appointment I was in extreme pain. I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to fit me in for an emergency appointment, but they did and went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule. I was so relieved and grateful for this. The person I spoke with was kind, compassionate, and truly wanted to help me. Besides she was a delight to speak with, much like talking to a friend you haven’t talked with in awhile. When I came in for my appointment, all of the staff was super friendly and showed that they cared. The office is very welcoming and homey which is wonderful because I felt comfortable from the first moment I walked into the office. The other thing that I wasn’t expecting was the wonderful communication that was given throughout the entire process. I was given the option of two different procedures and it was my choice to decide what would be done. In my previous experience I was never given that opportunity and it was a breathe of fresh air. I chose the lesser of the two evils, though it was not the recommended option, they understood and went on with the selected procedure no questions asked. I highly recommend this dental office! I had my teeth cleaned on 11/16 and I was pleasantly surprised how thorough and pain free the process was. Morgan did a excellent job and was a pleasure to deal with! She also encouraged me to try different techniques to help my teeth last longer. The whole staff makes you feel comfortable and my experience was wonderful. I might even get my teeth cleaned 3 times a year. 😉

What a delight Dr. Lance Swapp and the staff was when I had to have a back tooth cavity filled. Dr. Patten was the only dentist I have gone to for over 40 years. I am pretty nervous about novacain but Dr. Swapp was so calm and patient that it was a breeze. Thank you so much for humoring me and making eating easy again ♥️

Dr. Swapp is very thorough; at my initial appointment, he and his staff spent almost an hour and half scanning my teeth and setting up a treatment plan. He and his staff are friendly, and they don’t cut corners!

Want to get over any fears you may have going to the dentist? Dr Lance and the girls is the place to go. I must really enjoy going as often as I am there. I have experienced many different procedures. I can tell you Dr Lance will tell you everything he is going to do, if that's what you want. He doesn't have laughing gas but always really enjoy the stories we all tell.

Dr. Swapp and team do a great job. My 8yr old son just got braces and Kourtlynn was patient and thoroughly explained every aspect to him.
