I have had my Dentist for around 24+ years. She always treats me well. And occasionally, when she isn't too busy, we actually get to talk about non-dental related things. I enjoy that, as it make my dental visit feel less clinical.

The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because first: the nurse/ tech actually listened and was kind and understanding. Second: the Dr (Dr. Susan Bromell) ultimately provided what I needed. However this Dr. doesn't really care about their patients pain management. I came in 3/22/23 around noon with an infection. I expressed to the nurse and the Dr. that local Anastasiais usually not enough. I knew, and the nurse knew that local Anastasia is even less effective with an infection. Yet Dr. Bromell actually suggested two extractions same day before any antibiotics. Two extractions on hardly effective pain relief?!?! Seriously!?!? This tells me that this Dr. Cares nothing for her patients-"Comfort"- level! I have a lot of work that needs done on my teeth. But I'm a whimp when it comes to dental pain. I'm already afraid of dental work, and today showed me I can not trust their doctors. I will not be taking my business here again.

The staff were friendly and efficient and my Dentist is awesome!

I usually love comfort dental but this visit and the last visit was kind of rushed and rough. Had to get some cavities filled and ended up with a cut tongue.

Dentist assistant was rude and rough after I explained to her the x-rays we're hurting my mouth. Actual dentist's plan outlined immediately to remove teeth instead of repair or any other options or remedies, possibly because Medicaid insurance. I wasn't offered anything to counter my teeth pain, which I stated, possibly because these places automatically judge people of certain age, race, nationality, and economic status as drug addicts seeking to abuse that pain medication in which I assure you not everybody is looking to do. Other than that, I will note, I was called back fast and the facility was clean and nice, although the waiting period from assistant to dentist was quite a long wait. In conclusion I will not be attending another Comfort Dental in the future 🤔

Horrible receptionist and horrible dentist and overall experience. They took so long on getting me seen and then didn’t even do a through exam or a cleaning for my new patient exam. My deep cleaning was denied and no one called me to let me know. This company has went down the drain in the past years I recommend you have better training/ service IN THIS LOCATION.

I went to Comfort Dental on 9203 Huron St. To get my teeth cleaned best experience I have ever had. The dentist was very gentle and talk to me to let me know what she was doing. Made sure I was comfortable before they even start it. Her assistant was awesome, very professional, and friendly. If you ever need your teeth clean, go to this Comfort Dental on 92nd Huron in Thornton. You won’t regret it!!

It was a great experience as I walked in, to when I was called in. The dental assistants as the Dentist female were great and experienced. I've asked to have my dental records transfered to this facility and I will refer to friends and family

This is by far the worst dentist office I’ve been to after getting my teeth pulled they chipped two of my teeth. Also got a partial that doesn’t even fit in my mouth properly. Been back twice still does not fit properly in my mouth. I will not be going back to this place. I literally walked out in the middle of my appointment upset
