purposely offensive to me as a trans woman. absolutely disrespectful, the “manager” laughed at me for being upset that someone deadnamed me and then laughed about it. not to mention my dentures are super crooked and they are embarrassing to wear

If I can give a zero star that's what it'd be. Dr. Higginbotham is a horrible dentist. I got a root canal done about a year ago. He argued with me when I said I needed more numbing medicine he told me " there's people that can get a root canal without pain meds". He wrote me a letter in the mail saying I am no longer allowed to be seen at this comfort dental. Fast forward to now I am now dealing with an infection in my jaw due to the fact he didn't perform the root canal correctly and I'm in horrible pain. I am hoping I can get the situation taken care of before the infection spreads.ivwill be reporting him to the dental organization cause this is just ridiculous.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Mike. I was sad when I learned he had left, but I decided to stay and try seeing another doctor. I have been seeing Stella for a few months now. I have had some pretty extensive work that's been done, and more to come. Dr. Stella has been absolutely AMAZING to me, as a patient who has struggled with dental problems at a young age. She is kind, patient, and has gone above and beyond to help me get my oral health back on track. It has been very difficult for me, but Stella has really made the process easier. I cannot thank her enough!

Dr Kellow and her assistant, Eddy, are fantastic working together and making me feel at ease on the procedures that were performed. Dr. Higginbotham Dentist argued with me about being numb drilled Into my tooth and wasn't fully numb like I had expressed had me leave to come back another day with a hole in my tooth that wasn't filled. I will not be returning. The structural integrity of my tooth was compromised and he had me leave.Not to mention his assistant was very rude and cut me off when I asked her questions about treatment. Dentist was rushed because they had double booked appointments.

The worst place I have ever stepped foot in. I take my grandma to her appointments because she doesn’t speak English and I translate for her. Our first appointment was a normal checkup and I was allowed back to the room with no problems just so I can hear the diagnoses and plans for my grandmas dental care. I work as a dental assistant ay another office elsewhere and the doctor was absolutely rude and made a snide comment “well why don’t you just take her to your office” with a rude tone. The next visit they scheduled me for 9 am and when we got there she said we had to reschedule because they said it was for 8:30 and they even asked me for a voicemail for proof, which I did. And now this time they don’t let me back with my grandma to translate for her because of COVID reasons. Both my grandma and I are vaccinated and the first visit there was no problem with me going back with her to comfort her. Honestly the patient care and professionalism of this place is absolutely horrendous. Will not be coming back and would find another place if you’re considering this place.

They got me in the next day for pain, unfortunately couldn't do much for me as i need a oral surgern to help me, but staff was very friendly, doc was sweet and explained everything to me, also gave me some pain meds and antibiotics tell i can get into OS. Staff top to bottom at this location are horrible. Support staff won’t do their job and request the patient X-rays/chart from other clinics. No reminder emails/texts. Dr. Higginbotham is the most RUDE and unprofessional doctor, horrible bedside manner. Kept yelling that “this isn’t a McDonald’s” because his staff didn’t prepare him for the appt I scheduled for an extraction (which I drove several hours from out of town for). He refused to do the extraction b/c he wasn’t prepared for it and then proceeded to say I couldn’t be in that much pain. Are you kidding me?! Would NEVER recommend this office and especially not recommend dr. H. Also.... maybe you could learn some BETTER customer service from McDonald’s.
