After reading the reviews given to this dental office, I decided to become a patient and it was definitely the best decision I made. The doctor and all her staff really know what they are doing. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. She makes the best decision for your dental treatment and that makes you feel even more like you are in the right place. I have been seeing Dr. Maule for a number of years and can't say enough good things about her. If you have a dental phobia as I do, she will make you feel at ease. She also cares for my 10 year old, always approaching her in a down to earth personable manner, with incredible patience. My 84 year old mother is set in her ways and requires a completely different set of skills and expectations which Dr. Maule easily meets. Everyone I have referred to her has been happy with the referral. My only reluctance to give such strong recommendations is that I would hate for her to get so busy that she doesn't have time for us all!

Anyone who knows me knows what a clean freak/germaphobe I am. This practice did a fantastic job of COVID-19 prevention protocols from even prior visit screening all the way through to checkout. Renata (receptionist) is fastidious about sterilizing everything-even before the pandemic. I followed Dr. Maule from West Hartford Dentistry because she is very professional and really listens to her patients. A great, conservative approach to holistic tooth and oral care. Highly recommend this Doctor especially, but now her leadership is in charge of the entire practice and it is top notch. Ella, the hygienist was very gentle and thorough and went to great lengths to follow protocols for patient protection. Camera to show me watch areas on the TV on the ceiling was a great tech tool. Overall highly recommend and so great to be back in good hands.

New patient to the practice. I was referred by a few people with VERY positive experiences with Dr. Maule and they were spot on. I took advantage of their website's option to schedule an appointment. Received a call within one hour to confirm along with all the forms ahead of the visit to save my time. The office has its own parking, easy access as it is on the first floor. Everything looks brand new and high end, TVs on the wall and ceiling for patients' convenience. Dr. Maule is very accommodating, has warm personality and great so called "dr. bed manners". She is very thorough evaluating and going over options and explaining all the steps. This was the first dentist visit when I did not feel novacaine at all, she was very thorough and attentive during my procedure and Celeste was the same way. Gabriele also did a great job with teeth cleaning, minding any potential sensitive spots and making sure that I am comfortable. I strongly recommend Dr.Maule’s practice, I know that I found a great dentist.
