I have been a patient at this practice for many years, first with Dr. Stocks & then with Dr. Hadden. I acquired dental insurance this year with medicare so I checked with Dr. Hadden's office to be sure she accepted my new insurance before making my appt. for a cleaning. I was assured not once, but twice, that she did indeed take my insurance. Shortly after my visit I received a bill for my cleaning. After speaking to the office staff three times I was told only "I don't know what to say" & "the problem has been fixed going forward". There was no resolution to the problem. Since Dr. Hadden never contacted me directly I paid the $158.00 bill and have left the practice.

Dr Hadden and team are outstanding. The staff is friendly and professional, appointments are prompt and the skill level is high. The team does and outstanding job giving you options and recommendations and Dr Hadden is very skilled in her work and also does a great job minimizing any discomfort from procedures. All in all a great practice and great choice as your next dentist.
