I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff when I walked into the facility, I had an excruciating toothache and they were able to fit me in the same day because of the severity. I would like to thank the staff, especially Phyllis, she heard how much pain I was in and didn’t make me wait she bought me right back to get an exam. The dental hygienist who took my X-ray was super polite. I was seen by Thais Rosales, DMD who was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I was nervous not going to my usual dentist but they welcomed me with open arms and I look forward to coming back.

This is the BEST Dentist I have ever been too in my life!! The staff is amazing!! So professional and caring. I had 2 crowns put in today and it was seamless. Dr. A. and his Dental Nurse where so patient and accommodating and really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. It was a great success! The new office is beautiful and clean. Do not bring your kids there! They care about money only, not your health. Unpleasant experience. Gave them second change, but got disappointed again. 2 years ago I came for hygiene where the lady did great job, after dr Ardeshana came to see me. I have normal good teeth. He asked me to smile , and after said that I have black holes in the corner of my smile and he can change it. so that means he is telling me that my teeth/smile is not beautiful !!! I did not ask for esthetic advice, and he as a professional should only give advices on health, not the beauty of my smile. Very unprofessional way of making money! Just telling people that your smile if not good enough and he can make it better. Imagine bringing a teenage kid here with unstable mind yet - your kid will cry saying doctor said she/he doesn't have beautiful smile. After 2 year I got sms from the office saying I will get free fluoride treatment with my next hygiene. I said ok, i will give them another change. Hygienist did a great job. Only when she wanted to schedule next appointment and I said I will call back myself - she said "Oh, it is hard to get appointment" . LOL. not really, anyone can call and get it almost the same day. Furthermore - Dr. Rosales saw me after hygiene. They took pictures of my teeth showing me I have cavities. ok, I ask if those can be send to my email, she said yes. I got to the front desk asking for it to be send. They said they will send it to me later. I left home. I never got the email. Very Irresponsible front desk member. I had to call again in 3 days to remind to send it to me. Finally I got my X-rays but not pictures. And dr Rosales told me it all can be send to me! So misleading. Now I cant get my own pictures of my own teeth from their office. I am very disappointed in this office in general.
